<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt 36pt; TEXT-INDENT: -18pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list 36.0pt"><FONT face="Times New Roman"><SPAN style="mso-list: Ignore"><FONT color=#000000><FONT size=3>-</FONT><SPAN style="FONT: 7pt 'Times New Roman'"> </SPAN></FONT></SPAN><FONT color=#000000 size=3>Que, los pescadores artesanales del sur del Perú desde hace 16 años saboreamos la amarga experiencia de tener que acatar vedas que no son efectivas como tal, dado que lo único que se ha hecho es afectar mas aún a los pescadores artesanales y sospechosamente solo han ganado con la veda del chanque los que promueven el contrabando y la extracción ilegal de este recurso ofreciendo precios irrisorios en las mismas playas. </FONT></FONT></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt 36pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><FONT face="Times New Roman" color=#000000 size=3>Y aquí surge una pregunta Sra Ministra ¿A quien le venden el chanque los contrabandistas - comerciantes?</FONT></P>

<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><FONT size=3><FONT color=#000000><FONT face="Times New Roman"><SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Los señores exportadores siguen comprando el chanque aduciendo que es</FONT></FONT></FONT></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><FONT size=3><FONT color=#000000><FONT face="Times New Roman"><SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>chanque de Chile. No dudamos de lo que manifiestan, pero entonces ¿A quien</FONT></FONT></FONT></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><FONT size=3><FONT color=#000000><FONT face="Times New Roman"><SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN><SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>le venden los comerciantes contrabandistas el chanque que compran en playas </FONT></FONT></FONT></P>

<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><FONT size=3><FONT color=#000000><FONT face="Times New Roman"><SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>El tiempo en estos 16 años nos ha dado la razón Sra Ministra.</FONT></FONT></FONT></P>
