<P align=left><FONT size=2>Presidente del Gobiemo Regional, Dr. Juan Manuel Guillen Benavides, por el Sr. Presidente del</FONT></P>
<P align=left><FONT size=2>Consejo Regional de Arequipa, Dr. Jeister Chavez camero y el Sr. Alcalde de la Municipalidad</FONT></P>
<P align=left><FONT size=2>Provincial de camana, Sr. Sergio Davila Vizcarra, el 20 de febrero del año en curso en la ciudad</FONT></P>

<P align=left>Antonio Espino sanchez, y de la Directora General de Asuntos Ambientales de</P>
<P align=left>Pesqueria, Sra. Sulma carrasco Barrera.</P>

<P align=left>3. Solicitar al Congreso de la Republica y a la Contraloria General de la Republica,</P>
<P align=left>aperturar un proceso investigatorio que determine las responsabilidades conforme a ley.</P>

<P align=left>4. Exigir al Gobiemo central, la conformación de una Comision de ALTO NIVEL para que se</P>
<P align=left>constituya en la ciudad de camana en el plazo maximo de 7 dias.</P>

<P align=left>SEGUNDQ.-Encornendar al Sr. Secretario del Consejo Regional, hacer de conocimiento con</P>
<P align=left>urgencia del presente acuerclo regional, ala Sra. Ministra de la Produccion.</P>
