S. Nº 003-2008-PRODUCE<SPAN> </SPAN>y la R. M. Nº 348-2008-PRODUCE, normas legales que atentan contra la zona de trabajo de los Trabajadores Artesanales<SPAN> </SPAN>dentro de las 5 millas marinas.</SPAN></FONT></FONT></P>
