Estimados todos.<BR> <BR>Muy buenas tardes, muchas gracias por la aceptacion que ha tenido el curso, muchos han llamado y otros han escrito. La intencion del presente curso de 03 modulos es cumplir con la exigencia europea de que lo miembros del equipo HACCP esten preparados en conceptos sanitarios.<BR>Que las empresas tengan programas de capacitacion anual, nosotros les otorgaremos un programa anual muy practico, didactico y que sea entendible a la medida de su organizacion.<BR>Tercero y lo mas importante les enseñaremos a DISEÑAR un sistema de calidad. Un buen manual de BPM, un programa de mantenimiento preventivo, un programa de higiene y saneamiento y un buen plan HACCP, los errores que he encontrado durante mis asesorias es que muchas empresas copian planes HACCP, y estos estan mal hechos, es mas algunas empresas tienen tesis como planes HACCP lo que indica que no saben nada del HACCP.<BR>LOS ESPERO EN EL PRIMER MODULO, ES MAS LES CONTARE TODOS LOS ERRORES MAS COMUNES, LES OTORGAREMOS LAS NORMAS EUROPEAS Y COMO ENFRENTAR LAS AUDITORIAS FUTURAS, CREO TENER LOS CONOCIMIENTOS Y LA EXPERIENCIA ADECUADA.<BR><BR>
