Vila y otros distinguidos amigos y miembros de la lista donde me manifiesta su pesar por no poder tener acceso mediante el link lanzado en momentos oportunos por el Sr. Lujan, y si hay diferencia entre <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" /><st1:PersonName w:st="on" ProductID="la FAO">la FAO</st1:PersonName> y el Codex, permitanme muy brevemente, indicar lo siguiente<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>

<P class=MsoNormal style="BACKGROUND: white; MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; COLOR: #444444; FONT-FAMILY: Verdana; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Segoe UI'">El Codex (Codex Alimentarius) es una comision mixta integrada por FAO y OMS, estas dos entidades internacionales comparten publicaciones, trabajos, proyectos y otros, sin embargo como entidades separadas no han perdido su independencia, pudiendo lanzar trabajo, publicaciones, etc. que no necesariamente son recogidas por el Codex ya que su estructura para discusion y aprobacion es diferente que FAO y OMS, quiza por ello haya sido la confusion de que el documento en mencion sea nuevo, sin embrago este data del 2003, su primera publicacion y La ultima revision de dicho codigo se efectuo el año pasado - 2008<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>
