<DIV><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 9pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: Arial; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: ES; mso-fareast-language: ES; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA">Mi deseo es mantenerlos actualizados sobre el proceder de las autoridades del Ministerio de la Producción. </SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 9pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: Arial; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: ES; mso-fareast-language: ES; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA">En el mes de setiembre último transmití por este medio una denuncia de trabajadores de la DIGSECOVI de este Ministerio, acerca de la escala de sueldos totalmente injusta que se mantienen, en donde personal técnico gana el doble y hasta el triple que ingenieros pesqueros y abogados colegiados. Para los que pensábamos que una denuncia de este tipo, alcanzada por un medio masivo de gente relacionada con el sector, iba a generar que las autoridades del Ministerio investigaran el
porque de estos beneficios salariales injustificados, confirmaran los hechos denunciados y procedieran a corregirlos mediante evaluaciones y recategorización de sueldos en base a conocimientos, experiencia o méritos profesionales, pues nos equivocamos, la solución inmediata para dar solución a esto fue modificar a partir de noviembre, mes y medio después, el formato de la nomina del personal y no colocar los sueldos de cada persona sino agruparlos a todos en rangos, por ejemplo en la DIGSECOVI los técnicos y profesionales contratados ganan entre 550 y 6370 soles, <A href="http://www.produce.gob.pe/RepositorioAPS/1/jer/PERS/2009/noviembre/cas-nov2009.pdf"><FONT color=#800080>http://www.produce.gob.pe/RepositorioAPS/1/jer/PERS/2009/noviembre/cas-nov2009.pdf</FONT></A> , así de simple y transparente, de esta manera nadie afuera se entera que todo sigue igual o peor que antes, e internamente el Ministerio de la Producción se sigue pudriendo y
llenándose de gente inepta y corrupta, que sirve a fines muy distintos a los que los usuarios esperan.</SPAN></DIV>
