<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify; LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt" class=MsoNormal><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: ES-AR" lang=ES-AR><FONT size=3>Conocedores de las exigencias de calidad de La Unión Europea para la aceptación de nuestros productos pesqueros, es responsabilidad del Servicio Nacional de Sanidad Pesquera (SANIPES), área dependiente del Instituto<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Tecnológico Pesquero (ITP), la cual ha fracasado estrepitosamente por la incapacidad, carencia del sentido común y falta de un comportamiento adecuado de sus directivos, provocando infinidad de alertas en La Unión Europea por la detección de virus en innumerables exportaciones que han restringido las ventas de moluscos bivalvos, y propiciando la posibilidad del cierre definitivo del mercado europeo para los productos pesqueros peruanos.<o:p></o:p></FONT></SPAN></P>

<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify; LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt" class=MsoNormal><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: ES-AR" lang=ES-AR><FONT size=3>La ausencia de un lenguaje amistoso y convincente, así como del comportamiento orientador que debe primar en los funcionarios públicos está provocando un innecesario enfrentamiento entres las autoridades de SANIPES y empresarios, tanto pequeños como medianos, impidiendo el avance tecnológico imprescindible que requiere el sector pesquero. <o:p></o:p></FONT></SPAN></P>

<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify; LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt" class=MsoNormal><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: ES-AR" lang=ES-AR><FONT size=3>Si bien las fábricas productoras requieren optimizar sus instalaciones, es necesario precisar que un producto puesto a altas temperaturas elimina virus y gérmenes, mientras que especies como la concha de abanico, la pota, etc. que son manipulados en muelles, carecen de un proceso equivalente que garanticen su inocuidad. Haría bien el Instituto Tecnológico Pesquero en opinar y proponer decisiones precisas y coherentes. <o:p></o:p></FONT></SPAN></P>

<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify; LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt" class=MsoNormal><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: ES-AR" lang=ES-AR><FONT size=3>La desmesurada “pesca negra” industrial no tiene control alguno de los responsables de la Dirección General de Seguimiento, Control y Vigilancia (DIGSECOVI), lo cual permite, incluso en épocas de veda, la utilización de especies como el jurel, caballa, pejerrey, pota, etc. para la producción de harina, negándole a nuestra población un alimento básico para combatir el hambre y la desnutrición. También el Fondo de Desarrollo Pesquero (FONDEPES), con su lamentable conducción, ha desamparado la pesca artesanal, colocándola al borde de su desaparición. Hasta la interesante propuesta del Presidente de <st1:PersonName w:st="on" ProductID="la República">la República</st1:PersonName>, Doctor Alan García Pérez, de orientar la anchoveta a la alimentación popular, no se ha cumplido por ausencia de imaginación y creatividad.<o:p></o:p></FONT></SPAN></P>
