<P class=ecxMsoNormal style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><SPAN style="COLOR: black"><FONT size=3><FONT face="Times New Roman">En el sur del Perú esta siendo duramente cuestionado por los pescadores artesanales y la sociedad civil el DS 003 2008 PRODUCE y el Programa del Gobierno Regional Programa PAAR por la escandalosa depredación de las lanchas industriales y las vikingas promovidas por el gobierno regional bajo el pretexto de donar pescado para las partes alto andinas.</FONT></FONT></SPAN></P>

<P class=ecxMsoNormal style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><SPAN style="COLOR: black"><FONT size=3><FONT face="Times New Roman">Defensa Marina no perdió la oportunidad para solicitar al señor Justo Fuentes que diga públicamente si el documento que presento en una conferencia en Mayo del 2008 ¿Fue falso o fue verdadero? Y de esta manera reivindique<SPAN> </SPAN>a la organización de pescadores artesanales más antigua de Ilo el SUPABCPI en vista que en una conferencia de prensa<SPAN> </SPAN>conjuntamente con Fermín Ballon, Timoteo Pablo del Sindicato Unificado calumniaron con un documento totalmente falso de chantaje al Presidente regional de Moquegua.</FONT></FONT></SPAN></P>
