Estimados amigos les escribo para anunciarles que estamos organizando el
Curso: <br>
IMPLEMENTACION DEL SISTEMA HACCP, BPM Y POES<br>
del 15 al 18 de Junio. En dicho curso se les enseñara a elaborar el Manual
de BPM, los Procedimientos Operacionales Estandarizados de Saneamiento
(POES) que van dentro del Programa de Higiene y Saneamiento y el Plan HACCP.
El curso es teórico-práctico y se les dara toda la información en un DVD
con información de planes HACCP para distintas industrias (pescados,
mariscos, lacteos, panificacion, catering, restaurantes, agroindustriales,
etc), con sus respectivos manuales de BPM y el Programa de Higiene y Saneamiento.
Ademas de libros y videos. El certificado es a nombre de la Universidad
