<DIV>No tengo el gusto de conocer bien su trayectoria, pero como un simple ciudadano peruano que tambien pertenece al mundo pesquero y que seguro nunca ha oido hablar de mi, y con todo derecho a opinar, por que soy un hombre independiente, le comento que me resulta muy triste escuchar que ustedes los compañeros están tratando de crear nuevamente el ministerio de pesqueria, para qué?, para más tarjetazos?, más compañerismo?, más "errores"?, para que se siga incrementando más el gasto público?, y de dónde se les va a pagar? más impuestos? ,acaso no ve ud. la realidad actual de este gobierno? existen tantos ociosos que se llevan muchísimo dinero sin hacer nada, mientras que el resto de pobres peruanos a las justas tienen para comer y esto si tienen algún trabajo.</DIV>

<DIV>Quizás no sea ud. un mal peruano, pero lamentablemente, tiene muchos compañeros que dejan mal a su partido, y esto es así, por unos todos deben de ser sancionados?</DIV>
<DIV>Ojalá y pronto ya acabe este gobierno, y realmente ingrese alguien que quiere y ame a su país de verdad, sabe mi querido amigo lo que deberíamos hacer todo el pueblo,</DIV>

<DIV>es decir, tener solo dos flancos, todos los partidos políticos que son de izquierda o de centro y el otro flanco, todos los que sean del lado opuesto, del mismo modo ustedes los que pertenecen a un partido, si tienen los cojones bien puestos, exigir que todos los viejos políticos ya dejen esa mamadera y se busque realmente en sus bases si hay algunos que ya deberian ser los reemplazos, además no sería justo y correcto que todos los que sean presidentes o ministros deberian cobrar lo que cobra un simple obrero, si dicen que tanto quieren ayudar a los más necesitados?, o en su defecto, por que éstos cargos no deberían ser ad- honorem?</DIV>

<DIV>En fin, mi respetable señor, piense bien , no en lo que opina su partido o los "compañeros", si no, en lo que opinamos los comunes y silvestres ciudadanos como yo, por si acaso soy un hombre de 50 años, que no tengo un trabajo estable, toda mi vida he sido independiente trabajador y por eso le hablo la realidad que quizás ud. no la conoce bien.</DIV>

<DIV>No conozco personalmente al señor Rebaza, pero si lo escuché hablar en una reunión del colegio de ingenieros al cual me invitaron unos amigos del sector, y del cual lo único que escuchaba eran buenos comentarios, muy aparte de su buena labor cuando fue ministro de pesqueria en el primer gobierno de su partido.</DIV>

Juan Rebaza, quien tiene la mayor y mejor experiencia en el sector pesquero quien propicio el consumo popular de la anchoveta en forma directa ,quien apoyaba la inicial idea del gobierno de restaurar el ex ministerio de pesquería de la cual Rafael Rey no compartía al no querer dejar ese sector fuera de su dominio de producción y sus sucesores siguieron la misma tendencia, los siguientes Ministros de Producción y los Vice Ministros de Pesquería como los supuestos compañeros iluminados que reemplazaron en las sucesivas administraciones de Fondepes conocían poco o nada del sector, no cumplieron con las expectativas que el PLAN DE GOBIERNO había señalado, es más se preocuparon en solucionar sus problemas personales, de sus familiares y/o amigos, ahora que están sin trabajo recurren a los compañeros que nunca defendieron buscando respaldo político para ser candidatos al ministerio de producción con que cara se presentan a seguir con sus intereses personales eso no lo comparto y tengo el valor de señalarlo y ser responsable cuando nos toque realizar un análisis al finalizar el gobierno.<BR><BR>En la actualidad no hay ningún compañero en la administración de Fondepes.<BR><BR>En igual situación se encuentra la administración del ITP, donde no existe ningún compañero.<BR><BR>Que vergüenza ajena da al recibir correos como el que titula PROBLEMATICA DE SIEMPRE AL INTERIOR DE LA ADMINISTRACIÓN DEL INSTITUTO TECNOLOGICO PESQUERO , donde se da a conocer la mala administración del Instituto Tecnológico Pesquero, donde señala la corrupción en la compra de anchoveta como insumo para la elaboración de productos diversos desde hace varios años, pidiendo que ojala la contraloría tome en cuenta y revise las compras actuales como las anteriores, señalando que la planta II tiene suspendida su habilitación sanitaria , si esto es verdad que acciones a tomado Sanipes al respecto .<BR><BR>No debemos olvidar que la actual administración del ITP, esta siendo sometida a una investigación por parte del Segunda Fiscalía Especializada en Delitos de Corrupción de Funcionarios por los delitos contra la administración Publica _ Peculado y Malversación de Fondos en agravio del Estado, relacionados a presuntos malos manejos de los recursos presupuestarios del ITP.
