Cesar Ruiz, creo que es necesario que las autoridades de toda la administración Pública sepan que si los ojos de los <B>JEFES INMEDIATOS </B>toleran la corrupción y/o falta disciplina, ética, desempeño moral etc. Los ojos del internet los van a denunciar y poner a <B>ALTOS FUNCIONARIOS </B>del gobierno a las críticas del pueblo.</FONT></SPAN></P>

<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxmsonormal><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Calibri','sans-serif'" lang=ES><FONT size=3>Sobre SANIPES, creo que he enviado muchos correos algunos han sido publicados y otros no, en algunos casos <B>el tiempo me ha dado la razón</B>, pero para eso estamos los profesionales que de alguna manera tenemos relación con el sector pesca.</FONT></SPAN></P>

<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxmsonormal><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Calibri','sans-serif'" lang=ES><FONT size=3>La idea de separar Sanipes del ITP , no es nueva es mas cae por su propio peso, una cosa es el ITP, y otra Sanipes; los funcionarios del ITP podran tener estudios de maestría y demás teorías en la investigación de nuevos productos, pero han demostrado en la practica que no conocen la función de Sanipes y son <B>INCAPACES EN GESTION</B> <B>ADMINISTRATIVA</B> creen que son la policía, claro hay policías y policías, unos equivocadamente hacen cumplir a rajatabla las ordenes de sus jefes inmediatos y otros que utilizan muy bien el uniforme para sacar provecho de su cargo.</FONT></SPAN></P>

<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxmsonormal><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Calibri','sans-serif'" lang=ES><FONT size=3>Sobre el ITP se dicen muchas cosas, pero en la realidad no cumplen con la tarea de investigar y poner nuevos productos para los industriales privados , prueba de ello que digan cual fue el ultimo nuevo producto que se ha implementado en la industria ó cuantos de sus productos están en el mercado ¿???? Cuantos que respondan, solo <B>SON PERSONAL NOMBRADO CON TODOS SUS DERECHOS HASTA QUE SE JUBILEN…… NO HAY DERECHO ASI CUALQUIERA… TAN FACIL,</B> las pocas investigaciones que han realizado y que han servido para que los industriales procesen han quedado en el olvido. </FONT></SPAN></P>

<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxmsonormal><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Calibri','sans-serif'" lang=ES><FONT size=3>El simple hecho de su ubicación Sanipes se ve disminuida ya que esta a un costado del más grande mercado de especies pesqueras del callao, la cual no guarda las medidas sanitarias y justo son la Autoridad<SPAN> </SPAN>Sanitaria EL COLMO,<SPAN> </SPAN>imposibilitando en muchas oportunidades la visita de los empresarios nacionales que obligatoriamente tienen que ir a indagar por los tramites y certificados, y extranjeros que vienen a conocer su realidad e inspeccionarlos.</FONT></SPAN></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxmsonormal><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; FONT-SIZE: 10pt" lang=ES> </SPAN></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxmsonormal><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Calibri','sans-serif'" lang=ES><FONT size=3>Creo que SANIPES debe<SPAN> </SPAN>contar<SPAN> </SPAN>con<SPAN> </SPAN>instalaciones<SPAN> </SPAN>y<SPAN> </SPAN>personal <SPAN> </SPAN>propio esto liberaría a Sanipes del lastre de mantener a funcionarios que no fueron preparados para tal desempeño ni reúnen <B>LA EXPERIENCIA DE HABER TRABAJADO EN EMPRESAS DEL SECTOR</B>; y lograr así una mejor ubicación. Pero eso no va a cambiar el desempeño de los que trabajan en Sanipes, las criticas que a diario se manifiestan gracias al Internet, es por causa del desempeño personal, a los <B>JEFES MEDIOCRES</B> con tolerancia a la corrupción, que prefieren trabajar con argollas como lo hacen<SPAN> </SPAN>con<SPAN> </SPAN><SPAN> </SPAN>personal que le es incondicional pero sin capacidad profesional.</FONT></SPAN></P>

<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxmsonormal><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Calibri','sans-serif'" lang=ES><FONT size=3>Como se pude HACER PATRIA con funcionarios que dejan mucho que desear y que a diario son criticados por los mismos trabajadores que son maltratados por los encargados de las oficinas regionales donde han ubicado a profesionales sin ningún criterio técnico solamente POR AMIGUISMO O FAMILIARIDAD, es el caso de Chimbote y de Paita, donde a diario se comentan serias anomalías de los jefes en contra de los inspectores y otras donde utilizan la movilidad para estacionarla en sus casas para pasearse con su familia y muchas veces ser utilizada para ir a libar licor. Como dar el ejemplo si los jefes en Lima se ven envueltos en el pago de dietas que no les corresponde , en mentir a los Ministros cuando estos lo visitan y tienen que preparar las instalaciones maquillándolas para engañar al visitante, jefes que utilizan su puesto de trabajo para tener romances o amoríos con sus secretarias o trabajadoras según<SPAN> </SPAN>denuncia<SPAN> </SPAN>el<SPAN> </SPAN>correo<SPAN> </SPAN>del<SPAN> </SPAN>Sr.<SPAN> </SPAN>Cesar<SPAN> </SPAN>Ruiz.</FONT></SPAN></P>
