 Por<SPAN>  </SPAN>lo<SPAN>  </SPAN>cual<SPAN>  </SPAN>el<SPAN>  </SPAN>Ministro<SPAN>  </SPAN>no<SPAN>  debería seguir tolerando </SPAN> más<SPAN>  a una persona que no tiene las cualidades profesionales (aunque como economista podría ser) para seguir ejerciendo este cargo.</SPAN><SPAN>  A</SPAN>ún <SPAN> </SPAN>con <SPAN> </SPAN>el<SPAN>  </SPAN>manto<SPAN>  </SPAN>protector<SPAN>  </SPAN>de<SPAN>  </SPAN>la<SPAN>  </SPAN>sociedad<SPAN>  </SPAN>nacional<SPAN>  </SPAN>de<SPAN>  </SPAN>pesquería<SPAN>  </SPAN>que<SPAN>  </SPAN>se<SPAN>  </SPAN>ve<SPAN>  </SPAN>favorecida<SPAN>  </SPAN>por<SPAN>  </SPAN>funcionarios tolerantes<SPAN>  </SPAN>a<SPAN>  </SPAN>la<SPAN>  </SPAN>corrupción.<SPAN>  </SPAN>Si<SPAN>  </SPAN>bien<SPAN>  </SPAN>es<SPAN>  </SPAN>cierto<SPAN>

<P class=ecxMsoNormal><SPAN><FONT size=4><FONT face=Calibri>Es necesario que el <STRONG>Ministro Villasante</STRONG> tome el toro por las astas, y de una vez por todas efectúe el cambio de la Vice - ministra, y ponga en el cargo a un Compañero  calificado  y conocedor de la pesquería para que ponga coto  a estos malos funcionarios, que cada día se sienten más fuertes y poderosos por el apoyo que reciben de la SNP,  Siendo el ejemplo más palpable el <STRONG>ITP,(SANIPES) </STRONG>donde han orquestado una fiesta con regalos para todos sus allegados y familiares, concernientes en </FONT><FONT face=Calibri>las jefaturas de las zonales  de todo el Pais (Tumbes,Paita,Sechura,Chimbote,Pisco,Tacna )dicho concurso es para legalizar el puesto y el aumento salarial (4.000,00 nuevos soles) ya que actualmente los encargados de esta jefaturas en un 90 % son gente allegadas  a  los funcionarios que manejan a su

 antojo SANIPES.</FONT></FONT></SPAN></P>

<P class=ecxMsoNormal><SPAN style="LINE-HEIGHT: 115%; FONT-SIZE: 16pt"><FONT size=4 face=Calibri>Dentro de las bases del mencionado concurso han resaltado como  <STRONG>IMPORTANTE</STRONG>  la aplicación de la resolución de la Presidencia Ejecutiva N° 61-2010 SERVIR/PE  en la cual los postulantes que superen todas las étapas del concurso y hubieren acreditado documentalmente la condición de personal licenciado de las fuerzas Armadas recibirán una bonificación del 10 % en la última de las étapas señaladas (entrevista).</FONT></SPAN></P>
