<P class=MsoNormal style="TEXT-JUSTIFY: inter-ideograph; MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Verdana"><FONT size=3>Por ello, ahora es urgente recordar y revisar los planteamientos de ese gran visionario.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </SPAN>“Como dice Benito Rossi Barrios:<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </SPAN><I style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal">“Yo trabajé con Luis Banchero Rossi desde 1955 (y por más de 50 años, siempre en el sector), y conozco todo el esfuerzo y dedicación que él y muchos empresarios, pescadores, etc. dieron parte de su vida para que hoy exista una industria que da trabajo a muchos en especial a los ingenieros pesqueros, cuya profesión es posible gracias a esos hombres que crearon e hicieron grande esta industria y lo menos que se espera es que lo reconozcan”.<o:p></o:p></I></FONT></SPAN></DIV>
