En virtud de la constante búsqueda de mejorar la salud, seguridad y calidad de
vida de los trabajadores, el IFOP se ha comprometido a llevar a cabo la
implementación de un Programa de Mejoramiento de la Gestión o G.P.S., instancia
impulsada por la Asociación Chilena de la Seguridad (ACHS), que permite
controlar los riesgos de seguridad y salud ocupacional comenzando desde su
primer nivel o Nivel I.</span></font></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-right: 5.25pt; text-align: justify;"><font size="2" face="Verdana"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana;"><br></span></font></p>
<p style="margin-right: 5.25pt; text-align: justify;"><font size="2" face="Verdana"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana;">La firma
de este acuerdo institucional, se realizó el martes 30 de marzo, en las
oficinas de IFOP en su edificio central de Valparaíso, asistiendo el Director
Ejecutivo Sr. Jorge A. Toro Da<font color="black"><span style="color: black;"> </span></font>Ponte,
máxima autoridad de IFOP y el gerente Zonal Centro Costa de ACHS, Sr. Rodrigo
Munita Necochea, en presencia de ejecutivos de ambas instituciones.</span></font></p><p style="margin-right: 5.25pt; text-align: justify;"><font size="2" face="Verdana"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana;"><br></span></font></p>
<p style="margin-right: 5.25pt; text-align: justify;"><font size="2" face="Verdana"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana;">El
compromiso como IFOP es dar cumplimiento y desarrollar cada una de las
actividades encomendadas y estipuladas en cada uno de los niveles de este
Programa ACHS y que requiere a su vez que cada trabajador
responsablemente asuma este importante desafío para la prevención de accidentes
y enfermedades profesionales.</span></font></p><p style="margin-right: 5.25pt; text-align: justify;"><font size="2" face="Verdana"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana;"><br></span></font></p>

aplicación del Programa, se establecen niveles de aprobación, de tal manera de
estimular a mejorar continuamente los procesos y llegar al ansiado nivel
cuatro, nivel máximo de cumplimiento.</span></font></p><p style="margin-right: 5.25pt; text-align: justify;"><font size="2" face="Verdana"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana;"><br></span></font></p>

la realización de las actividades de este sistema de gestión preventiva estará
a cargo del jefe del Depto de Prevención de Riesgos IFOP, Sr. Rodrigo López H.,
quién deberá compartir a todos los funcionarios la esencia y bondades del
mismo y gestionar el cabal cumplimiento de todas las acciones y metas del
