dependencias de la Universidad de Tarapacá en Arica, se efectuó esta
relevante actividad regional cuyo propósito fue abordar la normativa y
experiencias en acuicultura y la identificación de puntos claves para el
desarrollo acuícola de la región de Arica y Parinacota.</span></font></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><font size="2" face="Verdana"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana;"><br></span></font></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><font size="2" face="Verdana"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana;">La modalidad de trabajo
consistió en una serie de exposiciones de la Subsecretaría de Pesca,
investigadores, consultores y agentes productivos, tanto chilenos como del
extranjero. En esta instancia, IFOP, a través del investigador Sr. Vladimir Murillo H., de la División de
Investigación en Acuicultura, tuvo una destacada participación, dando a
conocer los resultados finales del proyecto FIP
<span class="SpellE">N°</span> 2008-34: “Diagnóstico y proyección de las
actividades de acuicultura entre Arica y Taltal”.</span></font></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><font size="2" face="Verdana"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana;"><br></span></font></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><font size="2" face="Verdana"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana;">El conocimiento generado por
este proyecto concitó gran interés por parte de la audiencia, siendo
reconocido como un aporte valioso que ayudará a proyectar y a dimensionar la
potencialidad que tiene el sector acuícola en esta Región, en el ámbito
marino y de la acuicultura a pequeña escala.</span></font></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><font size="2" face="Verdana"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana;"><br></span></font></p>

enmarca dentro de las distintas tareas que se ha planteado la Mesa de trabajo
