permanente y sostenida actividad de investigación, se llevó a cabo hoy la ceremonia

y del sector productivo, industrial y artesanal, y la entonación del Himno Nacional,
por parte del Octeto vocal de la Universidad de Valparaíso se dio inicio a tan
importante celebración institucional, conjuntamente con un saludo afectuoso enviado por el Subsecretario de Pesca. </span></font></p>

Ejecutivo, Sr. Jorge A. Toro Da' Ponte, quien en su discurso se
refirió<i style=""><span style="font-style: italic;"> al alto grado de compromiso que requiere la
función pública que realiza el IFOP, la preparación y talento de sus
funcionarios y es de tremenda envergadura la responsabilidad, toda vez que se
proporciona a la autoridad sectorial, información relevante para la toma de
decisiones relativas al manejo de los recursos <span style=""></span>de nuestro país. Envió además, un reconocimiento
y aprecio especial a todos los que formamos parte de IFOP: los muestreadores,
en las caletas; los observadores científicos, a bordo de las embarcaciones; los
investigadores, los tripulantes de los buques científicos, los técnicos y
laboratoristas, el personal administrativo, la secretaría y los directivos,
todos en su afán, cumplen una calificada e importante labor, tanto en
Valparaíso como en las sedes regionales. </span></i></span></font></p>
