el período enero-agosto del año 2011 se generaron 2.992,4 millones de dólares
por las exportaciones chilenas del Sector Pesquero y Acuicultor, cifra
superior en un 29,9% a la obtenida en igual período del año 2010.</span></font></p><p><font size="2" face="Verdana"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana;"><br></span></font></p>
<p><font size="2" face="Verdana"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana;">Los
ingresos generados por las exportaciones de productos congelados aportaron el
58,9% de los ingresos totales, ubicándose en el primer lugar del ranking. Le
siguen en orden de importancia, los productos fresco-refrigerados con
un 18,1% de contribución, la harina (de pescado y crustáceos) con un 10,4% y
las conservas con un 3,1%. <br></span></font></p><p><font size="2" face="Verdana"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana;"><br></span></font></p>
<p><font size="2" face="Verdana"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana;">El
porcentaje restante correspondió a los ingresos aportados por las
exportaciones de productos ahumados, aceite, algas secas, carragenina, agar,
productos salados, polímero natural, productos vivos, alginato de sodio,
productos deshidratados, colagar, ácido algínico, alginato de potasio,
productos en salazón o salmuera, alginato de magnesio y productos secos-
salados.</span></font></p><p><font size="2" face="Verdana"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana;"><br></span></font></p>
