El Manejo de la Pesquería</div><div style="font-family: Tahoma; font-size: 10pt; ">1.1. Entidades gubernamentales</div><div style="font-family: Tahoma; font-size: 10pt; ">El stock de anchoveta al que se refiere este informe se distribuye al sur del paralelo </div><div style="font-family: Tahoma; font-size: 10pt; ">16° S en Perú, llegando aproximadamente hasta el límite de la II Región en Chile (24° </div><div style="font-family: Tahoma; font-size: 10pt; ">S) [8]. Sin embargo, aunque el stock es compartido por ambos países, su manejo no se </div><div style="font-family: Tahoma; font-size: 10pt; ">realiza de forma conjunta y/o coordinada.</div><div style="font-family: Tahoma; font-size: 10pt; ">En Perú, la administración y control de la pesca es ejercido por el Ministerio de la </div><div style="font-family: Tahoma; font-size: 10pt; ">Producción (PRODUCE), a través de su Viceministerio de Pesquería [26], los cuales son </div><div style="font-family: Tahoma; font-size: 10pt; ">informados y asesorados por el Instituto del Mar del Perú, IMARPE [9].
