diciembre pasado se desarrollaron de manera inédita, las primeras jornadas de
trabajo de los Comités Científicos de Acuicultura, vinculados en esta
oportunidad, a las temáticas sanitarias de Caligidosis y Piscirickettsiosis,
así como ambientales, asociadas a las problemáticas de las Metodologías de
monitoreo y análisis para Sulfuros en sedimentos, Macrofauna bentónica y,
determinación de los requerimientos instrumentales en redes de monitoreo para
la Acuicultura en la Zona Sur Austral.</span></font></p><p><font size="2" face="Verdana"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana;"><br></span></font></p>
<p><font size="2" face="Verdana"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana;">Esta
valiosa instancia de reunión entre los mundos científicos y reguladores del
sector acuicultor, se llevó a cabo en el Hotel O’Higgins de la ciudad
de Viña del Mar, y reunió a especialistas de todo el país, vinculados a las
diferentes temáticas específicas que se desarrollaron.</span></font></p><p><font size="2" face="Verdana"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana;"><br></span></font></p>
<p><font size="2" face="Verdana"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana;">Con
la organización del Instituto de Fomento Pesquero, IFOP, y la conducción de
la Subsecretaría de Pesca y el Servicio Nacional de Pesca, se abordaron
interesantes temáticas, generando discusiones enriquecedoras y se conocieron
propuestas tendientes a dar un mayor apoyo y respaldo científico- técnico a
las decisiones que el Estado tomará en torno a la administración y regulación
del sector acuicultor. <br></span></font></p><p><font size="2" face="Verdana"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana;"><br></span></font></p>
<p><font size="2" face="Verdana"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana;">Destacó
en esta oportunidad, la asistencia de importantes investigadores y académicos
de las universidades que lideran estos temas en el país, U. de Chile, U.
de Concepción, U. Austral de Chile, U. de Los Lagos, P. U. Católica de
Valparaíso, U. de Valparaíso, entre otras; de la misma forma participaron
activamente profesionales de los centros de investigación y laboratorios
