<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><SPAN lang=ES style="mso-ansi-language: ES"><FONT size=3><FONT face="Times New Roman">En relación a “Se Va, Se Va la Mar” de CARETAS 2214, comento que la riqueza marina de todos los peruanos está en peligro a causa de la extracción irracional de anchoveta que demanda la industria de la harina de pescado, a través de la “pesca negra”.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Las recientes cifras oficiales del Instituto Nacional de Estadística e Informática (INEI) señalan que en 2008 se registraron 645,000 toneladas de sustracción ilegal y en la actualidad esa cifra ascendió a S/. 1`282,000.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>El monto de este tipo de pesca representa más del 20% del volumen total.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>No existe control suficiente del Ministerio de la Producción al momento del desembarque de embarcaciones artesanales.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>El Decreto Legislativo 1084, llamado Ley de Cuotas, dado en 2008, ha sido un fiasco y ha generado más inequidad y serias deficiencias en el sistema.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Se debe derogar y disponer que las empresas supervisoras realicen auditorias mensuales de captura y producción en cada planta harinera.<o:p></o:p></FONT></FONT></SPAN></P>
