tienen relación con: fuentes de trabajo para el pescador artesanal, alimentación
para la población peruana, para nuestros niños desnutridos<span style="mso-spacerun:yes"> </span>crónicos, para la población alto andina que
no tiene acceso al pescado, para superar el consumo de P.H por persona algo más
de los 5 kg/persona/año que se registra la región Tacna, cuando la pesca
industrial con sus redes de cerco aprehenden más del 3 % (pesca incidental) en
especies como : lenguadito, cojinovita, lornita, jurelito, caballita,
corvinilla, pejerrey, berrugate, sargo, etc. (diminutivo ita, porque con la
depredación es lo único que ha quedado en las 5 millas). Estas especies son
recogidas en las fajas transportadoras de las fábricas de harina de pescado y
trasladadas por los “cataneros” a los desembarcaderos y/o a los mercados. Lo
que no se capta se convierte en harina para la alimentación y engorde de los
animales de consumo en los países desarrollados. Sr. Carrollo, sus hijos, los
hijos de sus hijos esperan mucho de usted, una autentica justicia para con los
recursos naturales marinos, que sin el esfuerzo del hombre nos brinda DIOS a

color:black">El Ingº Muñante, desde que lo conocemos (año 1979), nos consta, no
ha claudicado en sus principios que profesa. Ha presenciado, al lado
nuestro,<span style="mso-spacerun:yes"> </span>los periodos de escasez de
recursos hidrobiológicos a consecuencia de los “portones de penetración”, y de una
“ciudadela” de lanchas pescando en la zona de las rompientes (dejando después
de la pesca: sanguaza, aves, pescados y lobos marinos muertos, combustible y
lubricantes en el agua). Nosotros los verdaderos pescadores consecuentes
sufrimos en carne propia el desprecio de los “Beneficiarios de APROSUR”, no nos
daban víveres sino firmábamos su padrón, su deseo era que hipotequemos nuestra
dignidad por dadivas producto de los fondos de PROSUR (antes por S/0.80, hoy
por S/ 10.50<span style="mso-spacerun:yes"> </span>por Tonelada desembarcada
en ILO). Lamentablemente algunos cedieron por el hambre y la miseria Sr.
Carollo. Los otros (como los cataloga Ud. Sr. Carollo) son “pescadores
golondrinos” (agricultores, peones, taxistas, comerciantes, bachilleres de
diferentes profesiones que no tienen trabajo, etc. etc.), forzados para
incrementar los “socios” y la firma de la OSPAS. Sr. Carollo los precios que
tienen los productos hidrobiológicos en los mercados no están al alcance de la

pescadores y de la población de Tacna, no es político, ni arribista, ni lego.
Nos ha inculcado principios de carácter técnico, ecológico, económico, social,
ambiental, espiritual, etc. Ni el Ingº Muñante ni nosotros, estamos en contra
de la pesca industrial ni de la industria de la harina de pescado, porque en
estas actividades también laboran y se sustentan nuestros hermanos pescadores y

si deploramos es la intromisión <b style="mso-bidi-font-weight:normal">forzada</b>
