Amigo Reynoso.<div>Solo estoy indicando, lo que ha pasado anteriormente y de lo cual fui testigo. Repito por si no lo entendiste que la Dra Patricia Majluf le sobran títulos en Biología y Pesquería para ser Vice Ministra.</div><div>Y tampoco e querido generalizar pues ningún Garcia, Perez o Vargas Apellidos tan raros como el del Sr. Mamani, no hubieran estado en el gobierno anterior, pero si paso con otros apellidos que los acusaron de NEPOTISMO.</div><div>el problema es a veces las malas coincidencias que se usan y se han usado para hacerle daño a la gente.</div><div>Este Dr. Daniel Abugatas, nunca pone su segundo apellido????</div><div>Y felicito nuevamente a Patricia, sin pedirle un cargo, y ni siquiera insinuarlo, o salir como Don Quijote en su defensa.</div><div>Yo también estoy como Ud. con las 5 millas para los pescadores artesanales, de donde parece ud. proviene.</div><div>Slds attos<br><br><div>

lo describe tan bien Marco Kisner en la
ultima, edición de la buena revista PESCA.</span></p>
