Es evidente que los problemas socioambientales en el sector pesquero y en especial el artesanal se van a seguir agudizando debido a sus multiples problemas que no han sido solucionados oportunamente. Los gobiernos de turno siguen siendo secuestrados por la burocracia y la corrupcion y los problemas de fondo no se resuelven con el cambio de Ministro o Viceministro.</p>

recursos hasta con la vida, ya van 2 uno en estado de coma – Sechura-, y ahora
un niño mas un adulto, muertos en el tema Merluza – Paita. Y el estado
dialogante del pescador artesanal con la Autoridad viene de anteriores
gobiernos, mediante oficios, reuniones y promesas incumplidas van pasando de
gobierno a gobierno. Y el vaso ya se viene derramando por la desatención de la
Autoridad. <u></u><u></u></span></div>

artesanales, dada por este gobierno de la Inclusión Social, donde el pescador
artesanal sería atendido en sus años de demanda y acá este Gobierno
solucionaría. Sin embargo no fue así, y cambiaron los roles de Inclusión
Social. Y queda muy claro, para ganar las elecciones la inclusión social se dio
para los ricos. En fin se tomo esto desaprensivamente y ahora se ve los
resultados que la Inclusión Social no corresponde a los mas pobres, sino la
Inclusión Social de los mas ricos, que arañan a los pobres para continuar
disfrutando en sus globo de elite empresarial y comercial defendiendo sus interés
hasta con la muerte de los que fuimos relegados a ser incluidos.<u></u><u></u></span></div>

cuando estuve en Talara en el desembarcadero pesquero artesanal y en uno de aquellos
días, vi un niño que tenía en la mano una mitad de un fresco merluzon lo bañaba
con jugo de limón y lo comía. Me pregunto, análogamente, es aquel niño que lo
arrebatan el merluzon de las manos quitándole la vida? – a quien le importa o
importará luego- me respondo – solo importará a los pescadores, su familia y a
una madre, que enternecedoramente apretara en sus pechos a su hijo muerto
tratando de vivirlo, elevando su mirada al cielo y con dolor lo dará calor
abrigo y solo su llanto se oirá retumbar por los cuatro vientos, teniendo como consuelo
al fiel creador que lo tendrá en sus manos, pero ya nunca mas podrá tenerlo en
su regazo. <u></u><u></u></span></div>

recurso pota, Y saque la Resolución. </span><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:'Times New Roman',serif">Uno, dos, tres, cuantos pescadores artesanales muertos serán suficientes. Por
mi parte me encuentran fácilmente sería uno, cuantos mas faltarían. Para que
este Gobierno se luzca en posiciones militares de guerra y mate pescadores

Un muerto y una veintena de heridos, entre ellos 4 de gravedad, deja enfrentamiento entre los pescadores de la especie merluza y los policías en la provincia de Paita, región Piura. <br><br>El doctor Arturo Abanaqué Zapata, director del hospital Las Mercedes en esta ciudad dijo que la víctima fue identificada como Robert Castillo Paúcar, quien falleció en el hospital de
