<DIV class=yiv879762641MsoNormal><IMG hspace=12 align=left src="cid:1.3943114510@web132104.mail.ird.yahoo.com" width=307 height=293><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: serif; FONT-SIZE: 14pt">Muy buenas tardes, es verdaderamente lamentable la situación actual del sector pesquero y más aun de la acuicultura peruana; aun se siguen cometiendo garrafales errores como en el caso de la merluza y que hoy se sabe que hay mucho más de lo que se dijo inicialmente, y lo digo porque fui testigo y participe como observador en el Crucero de Evaluación de la Merluza realizado por el IMARPE; claro no en las mismas cantidades que hace muchos años, pero hay y ya le tocara al Produce determinar las cantidades razonables a extraer y las condiciones para poder hacerla sin dañar la biomasa existente.</SPAN></DIV>

<DIV class=yiv879762641MsoNormal><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: serif; FONT-SIZE: 14pt">Garrafales errores que llevan a nefastas consecuencias, donde los más afectados son la población peruana que vive de ello, y donde el estado peruano es el que pierde la credibilidad; todo ello por la mala administración encargada a profesionales de otras áreas que no tienen nada que ver con el sector y lo más lamentable es ver que no aprender de estas malas experiencia y aún persisten en colocar a otros profesionales por diferentes motivos menos los méritos o la experiencia en el sector.</SPAN></DIV>

<DIV class=yiv879762641MsoNormal><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: serif; FONT-SIZE: 14pt">Es necesario para ello una reingeniería del Ministerio de la Producción, para ello el Capítulo de Ingenieros Pesqueros del Concejo Departamental de Lima del Colegio de Ingenieros del Perú estará realizando una mesa redonda para ver este tema y esperamos que todos nos sumemos y apoyemos esta iniciativa, que ojala termine en una propuesta de ley sustentada para presentarla al Congreso de la Republica.</SPAN></DIV>
