En el poco tiempo que estuve en el ministerio traté de apoyar de acuerdo a la investigación, la ley y la justicia la problemática tan variada de nuestra pesca artesanal e industrial. Pero así es nuestro país, cada ministro/a quiere su equipo sin importar el conocimiento y la experiencia, cuando aprende algo se va y esa es la historia de nuestro sector pesquero el cual sólo se perjudica con estas políticas retrógradas..</div>

horizonte como los reflejos del sol para dar pase a nuestro desarrollo y progreso, llegando a un esperanzador medio día donde la portentosa luz del sol que atravez de su gestión, la pesca artesanal iba a lograrlo, con el diálogo firme y amistoso, con una brillantez radiante, extendida su mano con el calor y renovación de pensamiento fresco dispuesto a dar solución a los problemas mas álgidos que la pesca artesanal marítima y continental requieren de solución.</font></div>

Por demostrar su patriotismo al exponer su
profesionalismo al servicio de la patria, porque se lo venía al Estado, situaciones difíciles, al haber desacertado con anteriores nombramientos que habían dejado en acefalía y convulsionado el sector.</font></div><div>
