<div style="RIGHT: auto"><SPAN style="RIGHT: auto">Que hasta ahora, la ministro y el <SPAN style="RIGHT: auto" id=misspell-2><SPAN>vice-ministro</SPAN></SPAN> no resuelve, no ejecuta y no acata la <SPAN style="RIGHT: auto" id=misspell-3><SPAN>orden</SPAN></SPAN> de la Corte Suprema de Justicia.</SPAN></div>

<div style="RIGHT: auto"><SPAN style="RIGHT: auto">Es algo inconcebible que direcciones claves de desarrollo pesquero e inclusión social como es el de Acuicultura y Pesca Artesanal sean delegados a un menor nivel (me imagino con dependencias menores y de menor presupuesto), cuando se quiere que estas direcciones sean potenciadas. Acaso no es prueba palpable del desarrollo que se está dando en el cultivo de especies amazónicas en el sector privado y estatal con el IIAP, impulso a la tilapia, desarrollo de los maricultores de Sechura, desarrollo del cultivo de la trucha en la sierra y el trabajo de Sierra Exportadora y Sierra Productiva, desarrollo de los pescadores artesanales en Marcona con la recolección de algas, etc. Se necesita potenciar, desarrollar, investigar, impulsar, estas áreas críticas y estratégicas, pero a mi humilde opinión parece que lo estamos condenando a una eminente inanición. </SPAN></div>

<DIV dir=ltr>Todos esperabamos que la ministra tuviera el gesto de al menos pedir opinión a los gremios de trabajadores del ministerio, trabajadores pesqueros y pescadores, ya que los empresarios si los escucha, pero esta claro que no importa, asi como no les importa la pesca artesanal que ha pasado a tercer plano ni la acuicultura que es la actividad que todos los paises del mundo con potencial tratan de impulsar e incentivar. Estamos notificados, no les importa el sector, no lo conocen y no lo quieren.

<DIV>Lo que me llama la atención es ver cómo están publicando durante este mes, decenas de resoluciones de permisos de pesca,, licencias y cambios de titular, entre otras, que han sido supuestamente firmadas en febrero y marzo, que habian estado "retenidas" sabe Dios por orden de quien y con que fines, revisen EL Peruano y verán que es verdad. ¿Lo sabrá el Organo de Control y Contraloría o están pintados? A la pesima gestion que venimos padeciendo, se suma el misterio y el secretismo que nada bueno pueden traer. La desastrosa gestión de DIGSECOVI y EXtracción deberán ser investigadas muy pronto, eso esperamos los verdaderos pesqueros.</DIV>
