">De acuerdo a la Ley 19.886, las empresas condenadas por la justicia por prácticas antisindicales quedan excluidas como proveedoras del sistema de compras públicas del Estado durante 2 años, a contar de la fecha en que la sentencia se encuentra en condición de ejecutoriada.</font></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt; line-height: 1.2em; font-size: 14px; font-family: Arial; text-align: justify; "><font face="Calibri" style="line-height: 1.22em; ">La directora del Trabajo, María Cecilia Sánchez, destacó que "acá las vulneraciones son a la libertad sindical, entendida como el derecho de las asociaciones de formar sindicatos, de no interferir o no tener injerencia en los acuerdos sindicales, o bien, muchas veces, despedir a trabajadores que tienen fuero laboral (...) para nosotros, como Dirección del Trabajo, es muy importante la libertad sindical, y por eso la promovemos, tal como lo hacemos con la autonomía sindical".<o:p style="line-height: 1.22em;
