color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12px; "><p style="margin-bottom: 12px; "></p><p style="margin-bottom: 12px; text-align: justify; ">El congresista nacionalista, Juan Pari Choquecota señaló que se encuentra a favor de la ratificación del decreto supremo 005, que viene siendo cuestionado por el presidente regional de Moquegua, Martín Vizcarra, quien sostiene que la mencionada norma perjudica a las empresas harineras.</p><p style="margin-bottom: 12px; text-align: justify; ">Y es que el decreto establece que las primeras 5 millas marinas están reservadas exclusivamente a la pesca artesanal y todos los recursos obtenidos son destinados al consumo humano, mientras que las embarcaciones industriales deben obtener los recursos hidrobiológicos desde las 10 millas en adelante.</p><p style="margin-bottom: 12px; text-align: justify; ">“La defensa de las 5 millas para el uso de la pesca artesanal es fundamental porque ahí garantizamos 3 cosas, no solamente es el trabajo de los pescadores artesanales sino también el consumo humano (…) y tercero es la defensa de la biodiversidad marina, ahí se da los procesos de desove y reproducción que tiene toda nuestra biodiversidad en el sur y es por eso que es riesgoso que ingresen anchoveteras que simplemente barren con todo”, señalo, tras detallar que presentará su posición ante la comisión de la producción del parlamento. </p><p style="margin-bottom: 12px;
