government to integrate a comprehensive promotional plan in its policies to
spur fish production and raise the compounded annual growth rate (CAGR) of fish

Udayamoorthy embarked on a mission to rescue 22 sailors who were trapped

in Iran, on charges that they have crossed the Iran international maritime

permits to Sinhala fishermen apart from the 65 permits that have been provided
by the SL minister for fisheries within the last 2 months...<br>

Today I saw a tonne of tuna. Literally. I witnessed every tuna landed on a pole
and line fishing trip in the Maldives. It was a relatively slow day, 1.3 tonnes
of tuna to be precise. A good day starts around 5 tonnes, but conditions were
rough out there. And competition was stiff from the other pole and line boats,
known as dhonis, fishing near us...<br>
