Tomando en cuenta las varientes pertinentes con la participación de todos los sectores pesqueros, para aprovechar mejor el recurso hidrobiológico en nuestras fronteras y siempre buscando el bienestar para el pescador artesanal. Y esto no le parece bien al País de la Frontera Sur, al que Usted le hace apología.</DIV>

<DIV>El presente Gobierno tan solo debe poner enfasis en la aplicación de las normatividades ya existentes en cuestión de Control y Vigilancia, desarrollando y desarrollando la pesquería continental también. Y no estar inventando y causando males peores al sector. </DIV>
