Carlos Herrera Descalzi, quien ostenta el Nº 1 en su candidatura, quien conoce a cabalidad y perfectamente nuestro Colegio,
con la ventaja de haber sido Ministro en este gobierno, y por ende en capacidad de buscar los entendimientos necesarios en beneficio del propio gobierno e igualmente del Colegio de Ingenieros.<br> <br>Como candidato a Decano del Consejo Departamental de Lima, el Ingeniero Oscar Rafael Anyosa quien ostenta el Nº 4, una persona a carta cabal, empresario comprometido con su profesión y entre otras con dos virtudes muy importantes: HONESTO Y HONRADO. Además lidera un equipo de extraordinaria capacidad y también ha conformado una lista de 20 profesionales como candidatos para la Asamblea.<br> <br>En esta última lista destaca que por primera vez son considerados dos Ingenieros pesqueros con destacada trayectoria, como son el Ing. Carlos Shimomura Ura, Past Decano Nacional y el Ing. Carlos Castellanos Fritschi, Past Presidente del Capítulo de Ingeniería Pesquera, la sóla presencia de ellos en la lista del Ing. Oscar Rafael Anyosa, demuestra la
importancia que este le da al Sector Pesquero de nuestro país, y creo sin falsas modestias que es un gran acierto de este candidato y consecuentemente todos los pesquerosa sin excepción debemos apoyarlos.<br> <br>Colegas el retorno a la Institucionalidad en el Colegio del Ingenieros del Perú con el Ing.
