Luis Icochea, deberia ordenarse una investigación muy seria y profunda por parte del estado peruano a quienes por años estarían "Operando" desde el Sur en favor de intereses ajenos al Perú, acá en la ciudad de Ilo - Moquegua, existen hasta 3 periodistas que tienen Audios, videos, y una serie de documentos que demostraría como han engañado a nuestra población, autoridades y peor aun a los mismo funcionarios de PRODUCE LIma y palacio de Gobierno durante cerca de 20 años utilizando términos como "DEPREDACION" "EL PESCADO ES DEL PUEBLO Y NO PARA LA HARINA" "LAS 5 MILLAS ES EXCLUSIVIDAD PARA LA PESCA ARTESANAL" "VIOLENTAR LAS 5 MILLAS" "TAMBORES DE GUERRA SIN ENTRAN A LAS 5 MILLAS" entre otros términos propios de una campaña sicosocial , asimismo profesionales o dirigentes que ha salido a demostrar con argumentos científicos lo contrario como el Dr. Icochea, Abogado Juan Carlos Parretto, Jose Cachique, entre otros incluyendo mi persona, solo hemos recibido INSULTOS y JAMAS pruebas científicas del tema pesquero, hoy ante tanta información puesta al descubierto, creo es momento de que las autoridades tomen en serio esta situación y tomar decisiones oportunas para el real bienestar de todos los peruanos. El semanario Hildebrandt en sus trece sale los viernes y sus noticias no es posible obtenerla por internet; sin embargo dicho sr. envio desde Ilo a medio dia a oannes y a otras personas la nota periodistica talvez escaneada desde el PRODUCE (se confirmara cuando llegue la prueba). Con razon economicamente le ha ido muy bien este anyo y solo le falto estar en La Haya haciendo barra a nuestro vecino del sur. <br id="ecxyiv1285542898yui_3_7_2_14_1355621516452_47" class="ecxyiv1285542898yui-cursor"></span></div>
<div style="right:auto">En cuanto a la noticia trataremos de escibirle a Hildebrandt que NO ES NECESARIO contratar a ninguna empresa para hacer lobbies contra la ministra, pues ella con sus medidas antitecnicas y anticientificas se hace elharakiri sola y de paso jala a su viceministro. Les comento que para mi fue muy desagradable el ver en la ceremonia del cumpleanos del emperador de Japon en la casa del embajador de dicho pais a la Ministra dejar casi con la palabra en la boca al embajador de Japon porque dijo que tenia que retirarse; sin embargo, a los pocos metros se quedo conversando mas de 10 minutos con el Presidente de la confiep (ya se imaginaran el tema).</div>

Y esa empresa ha contratado, a su vez a Juan Carlos Valdivia y a Mario Saldaña, de la Agencia ADN, para arreciar una campaña feroz en contra de la titular de PRODUCE.</span></div>
