</div><div><span style="font-size: 14px;"><br></span></div><div><span style="font-size: 14px;">Durante mucho tiempo me vengo pronunciando respecto a lo difícil que es para el ciudadano común y corriente entender los temas marino pesqueros, mas aun con esta ultima guerra mediatica que se ha dado entre diferentes posiciones.</span></div><div><span style="font-size: 14px;"><br></span></div><div><span style="font-size: 14px;">El peruano común no entiende nuestros temas, para ellos son temas "esotéricos", no entiende conceptos como sustentabilidad, pesca responsable, conservacionismo, técnicas de pesca, zonas de reserva, control satelital, etc. Y es esta gente común y corriente es la que tarde o temprano llega al parlamento o se convierte en funcionario de turno responsable del destino de la pesquería nacional</span><span style="font-size:
14px;">.</span></div><div><span style="font-size: 14px;"><br></span></div><div><span style="font-size: 14px;">Sugiero publicamente que el Capitulo de Ingenieros Pesqueros del Colegio de Ingenieros de Lima, tome la posta de este reto y desarrolle un plan de capacitación que incluya periodistas (sobre todo), abogados, economistas y a cualquier otro profesional interesado en comprender la problemática marina pesquera.</span></div><div><span style="font-size: 14px;"><br></span></div><div><span style="font-size: 14px;">Es posible organizar un seminario que les permita comprender a todos estos profesionales, que existen personas con la experticia suficiente como para asesorarlos y guiarlos en estos temas.</span></div><div><span style="font-size: 14px;"><br></span></div><div><span style="font-size: 14px;">La propuesta esta hecha.</span></div><div><span style="font-size: 14px;"><br></span></div><div><span style="font-size:
