las fotos son una demostracion mas que los hombres de mar si que la pasan
bastante mal mientras otros se enriquecen y de que manera ;es impresionante
observar como se faena la anchoveta Foto 5 sin un sentido de que por ser
artesanales esa anchoveta deberia segun normas actuales ir al consumo humano
pero pareciera que mas importante es que sea "descarte " para beneficio de los
harineros donde quedo por ejemplo la Trazabilidad ??? no se trata de querer
tapar el sol con un dedo y convertir un hecho mediatico de una realidad que
todos conocemos de años ;de lo que hoy se trata es de pensar un poco mas y
adecuar procesos desde la captura con buenas artes ;es de una u otra manera, que
los seres humanos somos los beneficiarios en la cadena de valor sea directa u
indirectamente ;es realmente un desastre. </FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial> Se remodele el puerto o no tambien ellos seran
auditados respecto por ejemplo al recojo de oleosos ;tratamiento de aguas de
sentina y etc que hoy creanme no veo en puerto alguno ;ojo tambien incluye la
norma a embarcaciones de 150 ton me parece hacia adelante ;aca es muy simple
descargar aguas de sentina al mar sin los limites permisibles exigido por normas
como Marpol no mas de 15ppm ,debe existir ya en esta epoca mejores muelles
artesanales con sistemas de descarga al vacio ;recibido en hielo por decirlo a
menos ;con recirculacion controlada y descarga de aguas de bombeo con los
limites permisibles que hoy como ejemplo Marpol exige, es increible mirar el mar
del callao en las radas interiores llenas de porqueria y media generada por las
naves en general sin control alguno derrames oleosos por diestra y siniestra
;Solidos organicos en exceso ;Maderas etc ,donde estan las autoridades hoy en el
mes del agua ;dicho sea de paso acaso somos habitantes diferentes a los de los
paises que si cuidan la especie HUMANA???? ;alguien por ejemplo se ha preocupado
en observar que cantidad de contaminantes traeran aquellos buques que vienen de
otras latitudes con lastres que son evacuadas sin control sanitario alguno
;alguien se ha preocupado como en españa con las flotas atuneras por ejemplo que
descargan en puertos en puertos españoles en control de nematodos como los
anisakis que de ser detectados previo a descargas cuando son desvicerados
abordo y hoy ya existe una norma y control de aguas que supongan su presencia
antes de ser botados al mar ; estos eran botados al mar y como logica
generaban un ciclo ; tendran las naves sus equipos operativos de
clarificacion de aguas oleosas ;Negras ;Grises aguas de sentinas de faenas para
aquellos factorias que se pasean como en su casa cerca a las costas
peruanas se que mas de uno dira que si hay normas pero la realidad aun sean
multados quien Cobra ????? si quienes deben dar el ejemplo no lo aplican y tengo
entendido son firmantes de tanto acuerdo contra la contaminacion de los mares
;lagos ;Rios etc existe.</FONT></DIV>

ASQUEROSAS indudablemente no solo por la actividad pesquera todos tenemos un
poquito de culpa .</FONT></DIV>

Foro a trabajar en dar soluciones realistas y posibles de corto plazo para
iniciar una campaña de difusion de los nuevos conceptos que permiten una
adecuacion ;reunir a quienes de alguna u otra manera estamos ligados para
humildemente aportar ideas ;conceptos y lo mas importante sin protagonismo
alguno ayudar a quienes el dia dia batallan estoy seguro por obtener mayores
beneficios de su actual esfuerzo .</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial>El dia de ayer asisti al conversatorio en el ANA pudo ser
mejor explotado ;pero como informativo de historia e influencia de los
mares en la vida de los seres Humanos como fin supremo interesante ;pero insisto
daba para mas ;a pesar del esfuerzo de nombrar Embajadores del AGUA a personajes
del medio periodistico ;Cantantes etc .que ojala calen en el ciudadano comun
para exigir que el reservorio final de nuestros deshusos el MAR DE GRAU sea el
oceano azul que siempre es y sera protagonista de nuestra existencia por su
riqueza y aporte a la humanidad hasta petroleo;Gas , tenemos en el
Cuidemoslo. </FONT></DIV>

mucho que aportar en el medio sin criticas que desunen ;insultos quizas
propiciados por la impotencia de muchos ante los ataques indeseados de quienes

Callao, transforming it into the most important port on South America's
Pacific coast, will force them to abandon fishing.<BR></FONT></P>

style="FONT-SIZE: 1.2em" size=5>Development of the port undertaken by APM
Terminals, a global shipping industry giant based in the Netherlands, will
expand port operations over the next several years.<BR></FONT></P>

style="FONT-SIZE: 1.2em" size=5>The impact that modernization may soon have on
fishing isn't the only worry weighing down on the port's
fishermen.<BR></FONT></P>
<P style="FONT-STYLE: italic; FONT-WEIGHT: bold"><FONT
style="FONT-SIZE: 1.2em" size=5>Decades ago, Peru's coastline provided a
plentiful bounty. But overfishing has depleted the waters of scorpion fish,
horse mackerel and mullet. Fishermen once arrived at El Callao's
pelican-infested docks and sold as much as 110 pounds of fish. These days, no
more than 15 pounds are offered.</FONT></P>
