OANNES , lo que dice la Sra. Ministra de la PRODUCCION, en cuanto al sector
Pesquero.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNoSpacing">En primer lugar, la frase del encabezamiento que entre
comillo “Una salida para peruanos en la pobreza” Perdón, a donde saldremos los
peruanos pobres? , continuaremos siendo pobres. O sea no hay ninguna solución
de salir de la pobreza.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNoSpacing"><o:p> </o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNoSpacing">Por otro lado el Título “El Mar para Todos”, si efectivamente
la señora Ministra dice que el mar pertenece a los 30 millones de
peruanos.  Entonces me pregunto - Porque
pide donaciones a la Industria  pesquera,
para efectuar sus programas de acostumbrar a la gente a comer anchoveta.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNoSpacing"><o:p> </o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNoSpacing">Entonces si el mar más rico del mundo como lo señala, me
pertenece, entonces cual es mi cuota de pesca que me pertenece. Si la Ministra me
da mi cuota de pesca, de esta forma este gobierno, estará incentivándome a no
darme pescado sino lo que me va a ser mas útil y de por vida, a enseñarme a
pescar para comer. De esta forma, si nos estuviera comprometiendo a los 30
millones de peruanos a darle el buen uso de nuestra cuota de pesca marítima que
nos corresponde. Y de esta manera nosotros seríamos los únicos responsables de
elevar o no nuestro consumo per cápita del recurso hidrobiológico.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNoSpacing"><o:p> </o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNoSpacing">Y no que pretenda al haber creado la norma 005, con el
numeral cuarto de este su artículo del Comercio, lavarse las manos irresponsablemente
con el cuento de proteger los recursos, escudando de esta forma la incapacidad de
su gestión. Y lo que es peor si no se acepta la 005 todos los peruanos seremos
los culpables de no tomar su boleto para salir de la pobreza.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNoSpacing"><o:p> </o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNoSpacing">La Señora Ministra es la que primera que se aferra al
pasado, imponiendo al pescador artesanal normatividades que nunca los ha
solicitado como ha ocurrido y viene ocurriendo con este presente Gobierno. Y
ese es el pasado que ahora trae la Señora Ministra y trata de maquillar con
subliminal utilización al pescador artesanal, cuando en el fondo dicha norma
llena de diatribas, que al único que beneficia es al País del Sur. Me pregunto,
no ha pensado otorgar a la pesca artesanal peruana desde las 0 hasta las 30
millas, Esto beneficiaría aun más al País del Sur.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNoSpacing">Esperamos que la Ministra, gobierne para los peruanos y
no beneficiando a los vecinos países.<o:p></o:p></p>
