Singh to take steps for the early release of 25 fishermen from Kanyakumari
district who have been detained by the Lakshadweep Coast Guard. The fishermen

boats — Amala Annai, belonging to Dhasan of Vallavilai in Kanyakumari district

Savala, a sought-after fish in the international seafood market, was abundant
in the region until a decade ago. 'LepturoCanthus Savala' and 'Trichurus
Lepturus' are two varieties of the fish in high demand in the export sector...<br>

eight months, personnel of the Pakistan Marine Agency (PMA) have captured 450
Indian fishermen and seized 150 of their boats, i.e., one boat every three
