<body class='hmmessage'><div dir='ltr'><font face="Arial">Interesante la entrevista y el contexto del Dr. Luis; sin embargo, pienso que falta incluir el tema de las plantas de reaprovechamiento, que en si, es la punta de la madeja, porque todo empezó cuando se dio la norma que permitía el ingreso de los locales de tratamientos de sólidos, hoy llamadas plantas de reaprovechamiento, las que distorsionaron la Ley y normas del CHD, por eso me extraña que ahora Rafael Rey, Elsa Galarza, Mercedes Araoz, Maria Isabel Talledo y otras autoridades, critiquen situaciones que ellos mismos dieron vida y lo que actualmente vivimos en el sector es el resultado de su desconocimiento e irresponsabilidad, porque pudiendo parar estos errores que ahora son un grave problema para la pesquería nacional jamas dijeron nada. Pronto PERUPESQUERO hará un amplio articulo de la historia de toda la corrupción desde Toledo, Apra y lo que hoy ocurre.</font><div><font face="Arial">Amigos les recomiendo que ingresen al portal de Sunat y verifiquen cuanta harina han exportado las plantas de reaprovechamiento, seguramente se darán una ingrata sorpresa porque hasta harina super prime han exportado, sin tener estas licencia para producirla porque hay que recordar que estas, sólo deben procesar residuos de muelles y mercados, y no pescado entero fresco, como lo han venido haciendo.</font></div><div><font face="Arial">Otro punto importante, es que a pesar que han procesado pescado entero y fresco, la mayoria de estas ni siquiera tiene sanciones; sin embargo, las plantas de conservas tienen una lluvia de sanciones ¿? ¿que pasó?.......
