No es malo opinar y participar en estos temas pero sabemos que usted trabaja con el <b>Dr. Luis Icochea</b> quien <span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); line-height: 17px;">ya expuso mas de una vez su punto de vista, sin aparentemente aceptar ninguno que se le oponga</span>.</font><div><font size="3" face="Arial"><br></font></div><div><p style="margin-top: 10px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); line-height: 17px;"><font size="3" face="Arial">Me critica que estoy haciendo un Doctorado en una Universidad Nacional. He estudiado en Colegio Nacional y con orgullo he salido en cuadro de honor. La Escuela no hace al alumno, el alumno se hace en la Escuela y esta en uno hacer bien las cosas. Mi tesis de Maestría tuvo el mayor calificativo en la UNALM:<b> Excelente</b> y fui invitado al Congreso Iberoamericano realizado en Bogotá - Colombia para exponerlo.</font></p><p style="margin-top: 10px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); line-height: 17px;"><font size="3" face="Arial"><br></font></p><p style="margin-top: 10px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); line-height: 17px;"><font size="3" face="Arial">El Dr. Luis Icochea hace tiempo que no hace un trabajo de investigación en la Facultad de Pesquería. Ni siquiera ha podido realizar su tesis en la Facultad de Pesquería y por eso sigue con el <b>grado de bachiller</b>.</font></p></div><div><font size="3" face="Arial"><br></font><div><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 12pt;">Es una vergüenza que dos docentes de una Facultad con mucho prestigio estén</span><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 12pt;"> "peleando" por tener opiniones diferentes. Norma del Ministerio de la Producci�n afectar�a gravemente al sector pesqueroJueves 4 de Abril del 2013, 03:54 PMSeg�n el presidente de la Asociaci�n de Armadores Pesqueros del Sur, Rolando Rodr�guez y ex director de Imarpe, Luis Icochea, el Decreto sobre la pesca de anchoveta y jurel en la zona sur de nuestro pa�s favorece a los chilenos. Ambos se�alaron que la ministra Trive�o est� muy mal asesorada y que esperan que se revierta en beneficio de todos los peruanos. Acusaron a los pescadores informales de ser quienes depredan en esa zona y que por culpa de ellos se implant� esta norma, que no diferencia a las personas que est�n al margen de la ley de las que est�n dentro de la misma.
