son los que empezaron a construir este sueño que pronto debe ser
realidad, la nota dice erróneamente: <span style="font-style: italic;"><span style="font-weight: bold;">once años después de realizadas las primeras gestiones por el entonces Ministerio de Pesquería</span></span>, ello no es cierto. Como sabemos Toledo asumió el gobierno el 28 de julio del 2011 y con él la congresista <span style="font-weight: bold;">Enit Chuquival Saavedra</span>, dentro del grupo de personas que la apoyaron en su campaña había varios profesionales ligados a Pesquería, ellos fueron los que le propusieron a la congresista el ambicioso Proyecto que llamaron <span style="font-style: italic;"><span style="font-weight: bold;">"Ciudad Pesquera Marítima Bahía Blanca"</span></span>, la congresista les habría dicho háganlo pues, y así comenzó la historia, profesionales que sin remuneración se dedicaron de lleno a formular el Perfil del Proyecto, aquí es donde viene lo bueno, porque ellos con su propio y escaso dinero empezaron y
