<p style="TEXT-ALIGN:justify;MARGIN-BOTTOM:0pt"><strong><font face="Arial, sans-serif"><span style="FONT-SIZE:12px">Con el presente correo el autor no pretende minimizar ni desmerecer la profesionalidad de los postulantes, solo queremos dar a conocer que muchos de los ganadors de estas convocatorias no cumplen con los requisitos minimos estipulados en los terminos de referencia de las presentes convocatorias Nº004-2013-CAS-ITP , Nº005-2013</span></font>-CAS-ITP y Nº006-2013-CAS-ITP</strong><font face="Arial, sans-serif"><span style="FONT-SIZE:12px"><strong> y que dicho tramite ha generado la disconformidad y la zozobra en otros postulantes que merecían ganar de acuerdo a a la evaluación curricular y entrevista personal.</strong> <strong>Y`para demostrar estas faltas basta con comparar el curriculum de los ganadores que no cumplen con lo que se pedia en el perfil de las convocatorias</strong> ( <a href="http://www.itp.gob.pe/webitp/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=66&Itemid=91">http://www.itp.gob.pe/webitp/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=66&Itemid=91</a>).</span></font></p>
<p style="TEXT-ALIGN:justify;MARGIN-BOTTOM:0pt"><font face="Arial, sans-serif"><b><span style="FONT-SIZE:12px">Es importante hacer publico el siguiente comentario, en vista de que el presente gobierno, maneja con mucho cuidado el tema de transparencia publica y en las presentes convocatorias, no se considero dicho tema, que es de suma importancia para mantener la gobernabilidad en este país.</span></b></font></p>

<p style="TEXT-ALIGN:justify;FONT-FAMILY:arial,sans-serif;MARGIN-BOTTOM:0pt;FONT-SIZE:13px"><span style="FONT-FAMILY:Arial,sans-serif;FONT-SIZE:9pt">En honor al respeto por la transparencia publica en el proceso de convocatorias CAS y en honor a la meritocracia y trayectoria curricular de los postulantes, esperamos una corrección rápida y eficiente a través de su despacho, por los errores garrafales e irreverentes cometidos impulsivamente por los Miembros del Comité Especial Permanente en las últimas convocatorias CAS de mayo 2013, y se revise y reevalué nuevamente todas las hojas de vida que aprobaron la evaluación curricular del personal apto.</span></p>
<p style="TEXT-ALIGN:justify;FONT-FAMILY:arial,sans-serif;MARGIN-BOTTOM:0pt;FONT-SIZE:13px"><span style="FONT-FAMILY:Arial,sans-serif;FONT-SIZE:9pt">Haciendo de conocimiento la mala evaluación de los Currículums y sobre todo, la manera dirigida en que han llevado estas convocatorias para favorecer a algunos postulantes y perjudicar a otros intencionalmente que merecían ingresar, es que durante la entrevista personal se realizaron 2 preguntas insípidas a algunos postulantes como:</span><span style="FONT-FAMILY:Arial,sans-serif;FONT-SIZE:9pt"> </span><font color="#000000"><strong>¿<u>cuéntanos en que te desempeñas en el SANIPES?</u><span style="FONT-FAMILY:Arial,sans-serif;FONT-SIZE:9pt"> </span></strong><span style="FONT-FAMILY:Arial,sans-serif;FONT-SIZE:9pt">y</span><span style="FONT-FAMILY:Arial,sans-serif;FONT-SIZE:9pt"> </span>que tramites revisas?</font><span style="FONT-FAMILY:Arial,sans-serif;FONT-SIZE:9pt"> nada mas y en otros casos hasta 10 preguntas puntuales de: <b>P</b></span><b style="FONT-FAMILY:Arial,sans-serif;FONT-SIZE:9pt">rocedimientos del SANIPES; Dispositivos Legales, Parámetros de Procesos, como <i>cuál: es el <u>Fo</u> del filete de anchoveta en aceite vegetal en un envase R90</i>, cuentanos que sabes de<i> Acuicultura y sus estadios larvarios y etapas de reproduccion en diferentes especies</i> y hasta preguntas intrascendentes como porque postulas a 2 o 3 convocatorias, has tenido cargos de Jefatura? </b><span style="FONT-FAMILY:Arial,sans-serif;FONT-SIZE:9pt">lo cual no hace justa la entrevista personal.</span><br>

<p style="TEXT-ALIGN:justify;FONT-FAMILY:arial,sans-serif;MARGIN-BOTTOM:0pt;FONT-SIZE:13px"><span style="FONT-FAMILY:Arial,sans-serif;FONT-SIZE:9pt">No es justo que habiendo esperado estas convocatorias pacientemente para alcanzar una mejor remuneración salarial porque deseamos nivelarnos, además de ser profesionales que laboramos 3, 4, 5, 6 y hasta 7 años en esta Institución que hemos pasado por diferentes sedes regionales, que contamos con mucha experiencia en inspección la cual ejercemos día a día y en algunos casos contamos con encargaturas de filiales por años y de haber laborado en plantas de proceso y que tenemos entrenamiento pagado por cuenta propia y por parte del ITP-SANIPES de más de 10 años y algunos 15 años, y con amplio conocimiento del sector y la problemática pesquera seamos descalificados de esa manera tan desleal por postulantes que recién comienzan a ejercer su carrera profesional sin desmerecerlos, pero que con toda la honestidad del mundo; no tienen ni idea de cómo enfrentar una inspección, lo que ha generado la disconformidad y la zozobra en muchos de nosotros</span><br>
