<div style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt" class=MsoNormal><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Times New Roman','serif'; COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 12pt; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-language: ES">Donde en primera instancia se formó en Ancón, el Frente Nacional de Defensa de los pescadores artesanales, presidida por nuestro compañero (desaparecido) Pedro Cornejo Escudero, que desde los ochenta venían ya defendiendo la tesis con la práctica nuestras zonas de pesca artesanal marítima costera, forjándose también en esta etapa, los compañeros Pedro Justo Fuentes Moreno, Jorge Cabrera La Rosa, Augusto Flores Moya, (Callao) que salieron a recorrer el litoral, contactando con los pescadores artesanales quienes formularon también en defender nuestra zona de pesca la cual, las cinco millas maromas era y es el factor común que teníamos como zona que protegerla para preservarla y conservarla, porque era y es nuestro medio costero de vida para el
pescador artesanal.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></div>

<div style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt" class=MsoNormal><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Times New Roman','serif'; COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 12pt; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-language: ES">Fundándose la Federación de Integración y Unificación de los Pescadores Artesanales del Perú, pese a la oposición gubernamental de ese entonces, un 29 de Junio de 1991, y al año siguiente, se logró el icono legal que defiende nuestra zona ancestral y tradicional de pesca, el Decreto Supremo No. 017 – 92 – PE. Que muchas veces pretendieron derogarla y hasta ignorarla, sobreponiendo normatividades semejantes, pero que el pescador no permitió ni permitirá que sea avasallada.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></div>

<div style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt" class=MsoNormal><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Times New Roman','serif'; COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 12pt; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-language: ES">Cabe recordarse también compañero, que los forjadores que tomaron las decisiones emanadas de los pescadores artesanales en formar la FIUPAP, eran vituperados y puestos en contra al pescador artesanal por el Gobierno, que manifestaba que formaban la FIUPAP, para que ellos mismo sean los dirigentes. Pero, los compañeros decidieron por convicción que énalbora nuestro mártir Josè Olaya, que ellos no serían dirigentes de la FIUPAP, y así se mantuvieron. Iniciándose la Institucionalidad de la FIUPAP, con su primer Secretario General compañero, Manuel Troncozo Salazar. Lo cual como tú , estamos convencidos que los esfuerzos que iniciaron estos primeros compañeros, conjuntamente con los que mencionas en tu comentario. Las futuras generaciones de
Dirigentes no los defraudaran, y siempre la FIUPAP, será el alma mater de la pesca artesanal peruana. Con sus bases desde Tumbes hasta Tacna, el Oriente peruano que conforma la vasta región de nuestra selva amazónica, hasta el Lago mas alto del mundo Puno. Que también en estos momentos nos encontramos ubicados y afiliados en el conocimiento Mundial de las Organizaciones Internacionales del sector pesca artesanal.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></div>

Las vivas también vaya a nuestro sector de pesca continental, que si bien es cierto que si no es truncada su desarrollo alrededor de los años 1898, ahora nuestra pesca continental amazónica estaría super desarrollada, por la influencia europea, pero no es tarde para que nuestras Autoridades, enmiende la desatención en que se encuentra y se pongan a trabajar también por todo el sector pesquero artesanal. <o:p></o:p></SPAN></div>
