Es importate destacar que el Dr. Filomeno, peruano, es un orgullo para nosotros que ha logrado en Rusia ser el Acuicultor - Pisicultor Principal de esta písigranja luego de diez años de trabajo en la Pisigranja de la ciudad de Astrakhan en donde tube la oportunidad asistir a una cesarea para obtener el caviar y no matar el esturion.</SPAN></DIV>
