Sumado a la malnutrición, son las principales razones de muchas de las enfermedades en el Perú (degeneración y debilitamiento del organismo por una nutrición insuficiente o inadecuada, Espasa-Calpe). <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal style='margin-left:21.25pt;text-align:justify;text-autospace:none'><span style='font-size:12.0pt'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal style='margin-left:21.25pt;text-align:justify;text-autospace:none'><span style='font-size:12.0pt'>En la actividad a desarrollar, la SNP busca un cambio de hábitos de consumo, para incorporar el pescado y en especial la anchoveta en la dieta familiar, en vista que t<span style='background:white'>iene un índice de 3,4 mg de hierro por cada 100 gramos (la anemia se produce por la baja cantidad del hierro en la sangre), ayuda al adecuado desarrollo del cerebro, previene la aparición de enfermedades cardiacas, posee un alto contenido de grasas saludables, su aporte de energía es mayor que el del pollo, y contribuye a disminuir el colesterol en la sangre<o:p></o:p></span></span></p><p class=MsoNormal style='margin-left:21.25pt;text-align:justify;text-autospace:none'><span style='font-size:12.0pt'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal style='margin-left:21.25pt;text-align:justify;text-autospace:none'><span style='font-size:12.0pt'>Para ello, la SNP ha organizado un taller de nutrición con las madres de familia y personal de la asociación Mano a Mano para demostrar que el pescado es un producto nutritivo y económico, capacitarlos en hábitos alimenticios e higiénicos y ofrecer a los asistentes acceso a la compra de pescados baratos.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal style='margin-left:21.25pt;text-align:justify;text-autospace:none'><span style='font-size:12.0pt'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal style='margin-left:21.25pt;text-align:justify;text-autospace:none'><span style='font-size:12.0pt'>Así mismo, realizará un taller de cocina para preparar platos a base de diversos pescados baratos, que incluirá la degustación de los mismos y la entrega de loncheras saludables con hamburguesa, fruta y jugo. <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal style='margin-left:21.25pt;text-align:justify;text-autospace:none'><span style='font-size:12.0pt'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal style='margin-left:21.25pt;text-align:justify;text-autospace:none'><span style='font-size:12.0pt'>También participarán profesionales de la clínica Maison de la Santé quienes realizarán despistajes de anemia y controles de peso, talla y odontología. <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal style='margin-left:21.25pt;text-align:justify;text-autospace:none'><span style='font-size:12.0pt'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal style='margin-left:21.25pt;text-align:justify;mso-line-height-alt:5.0pt'><span style='font-size:12.0pt'>La actividad se realizará el 18 octubre desde las 8:00 am. hasta las 2.00 pm. en el comedor popular de la comunidad de Maria Jesús Espinoza, en el AA.HH de la Ensenada de Chillón en Puente Piedra.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal style='margin-left:21.25pt;text-align:justify;mso-line-height-alt:5.0pt'><span style='font-size:12.0pt'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal style='margin-left:21.25pt;text-align:justify;text-autospace:none'><span style='font-size:12.0pt'>El 15,2% de los menores de 5 ańos en el Perú sufren de desnutrición.
