comentario en cuanto se refiere entre otras cosas al termino Nación y solo toma como referencia al Mar. Craso error, de seguir pensando que cuando se habla de Mar ya se habla de toda la Nación. Aguas continentales Señor Marcos, no olvidemos, si tenemos que hacer justicia nacional, miremos en un todo.
