Nuestro país, tiene 02 zonas definidas en el área marítima, la zona Centro-Norte y la zona Sur, en estos 2 últimos años en la zona sur del Perú que va desde el paralelo 16 Arequipa hasta la frontera con Chile no se ha permitido pescar a los artesanales ni industriales peruanos el recurso Anchoveta con el decreto 005 emitido por PRODUCE y la Ministra Gladyz Triveño, permitiéndose que toda la biomasa compartida de ambos países sea capturada en Arica por los pesqueros mapochos, osea, mas divisas y trabajo para el país del Sur. Toda el cardumen transito libremente dentro de las 5 millas del Sur de Perú al Norte de Chile científicamente demostrado por IMARPE de Perú e IFOP Chile durante decadas. </font></b></div><div style="line-height: 21px; "><b style="line-height: 21px; font-weight: bold; "><font class="ecxApple-style-span" size="4" style="line-height: normal; "><br style="line-height: 25px; "></font></b></div><div style="line-height: 21px; "><b style="line-height: 21px; font-weight: bold; "><font class="ecxApple-style-span" size="4" style="line-height: normal; ">4.
