intelectualmente, amigos les comento que no pensé que la entrevista al

PRESIDENTE DE IMARPE rompería esquemas, con decirles que debido a las múltiples

visitas  a la pagina web de PERUPESQUERO

se congestionó, pero en fin ese problema desde a noche lo estamos solucionando.

Con respecto a lo que expresa el profesor Luis Icochea, me parece  intenso su comentario, pero también  interesante, como lo que dice Rolando Rodríguez,

ahora respecto a que si era o no, la persona indicada para explicar sobre

aspectos científicos de la pesca peruana, pienso que el contraalmirante Vásquez

Solís es la persona autorizada y del que oficialmente se debe tener en cuenta

sus expresiones, personalmente debo decir, que de todos mis entrevistados esta

entrevista me agrado mucho, en el sentido profesional, por lo que agradezco al contraalmirante

Vásquez Solís su disponibilidad de tiempo y espero seguir entrevistándolo. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

quiero compartir algo que me llena de emoción, porque a pesar de los graves

problemas que existen en el sector pesquero existen empresarios PERUANOS, que

se la juegan por cambiar la imagen de la pesca peruana a nivel internacional,

invirtiendo, adecuándose a todos los lineamos exigidos para la protección de

medio ambiente, pero además para ofrecer al mercado tanto nacional como

internacional un producto altamente calificado, buscando con ello la eficiencia

empresarial, pienso que lo han logrado y sería bueno que el gobierno, voltee su

mirada a este sector que tiene tan olvidado. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p><b><span lang="ES-PE" style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif";mso-ansi-language:ES-PE;

INVERSIONES  REGAL S.A, de Walter Regalo Quijano. La plantita como pueden

ustedes apreciar es una BELLEZA,  su

capacidad es </span></b><span lang="ES-PE" style="font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;">de 3.5 TM/hora y esta

equipada con sistemas de la más alta tecnología ya que lograra condensar los

vahos remanentes (vapores mal olientes), de la planta evaporadora de agua de

cola provenientes del secador, así mismo se condensara los vahos de la prensa,

prestrainer, tanques de proceso, denominados vahos fugitivos, pero también en

plena operación aprovechará los vahos emitidos como fuente de energía

calorífica en la Planta de Agua de Cola, neutralizando la emisión de gases a la

atmosfera. Aunque esto no es todo, en cuando al tratamiento de los efluentes,  separará los sólidos por medio de un filtro

rotativo, el agua filtrada pasará a un tanque ecualizador  para luego ingresar a la trampa de grasa,

para que por tratamiento físico químico, separe el aceite y los sólidos (DAF

FISICO QUIMICO). El agua que sale del DAF 

ingresará a un tanque de neutralización,  para inocuarse y luego

evacuarse fuera de la planta dentro de los límites máximos permisibles exigidos

por PRODUCE, ANA y la OEFA.  Por lo que la planta de Inversiones Regal S.A.

SERÁ CERO Contaminación Ambiental.</b></span><b><span lang="ES-TRAD" style="font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;"><o:p></o:p></span></b></p>

<p><span lang="ES-TRAD" style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"">Otra

fábrica que ha hecho su </span><b><span lang="ES-PE" style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif";

mso-ansi-language:ES-PE;mso-fareast-language:ES-TRAD">TRANSFORMACION TECNOLOGICA

es PESQUERA JADA, de Jacobo Cavenago, que de HARINA FAQ se ha convertido a HARINA

PRIME, ya que de usar </span></b><span lang="ES-PE" style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif";

mso-ansi-language:ES-PE;mso-fareast-language:ES-TRAD">anteriormente secadores a

fuego directo, ahora en sus operaciones usará secadores a vapor indirecto,

incluyendo rotadisco y rotatubo,  pero además ha instalado un enfriador de

harina a contra corriente, consiguiendo evitar la emanación de finos a la

atmosfera (harina en polvo), así mismo instaló una planta evaporadora de agua

de cola de película descendente y cuenta con un sistema de captura de vahos

fugitivos,  para condensar los vahos, lo que permitirá que la planta trabaje

totalmente limpia.</span><span lang="ES-PE" style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"">

</span><span lang="ES-TRAD" style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"">Esto se llama apostar por el país,

con inversiones netamente peruanas. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p><span lang="ES-TRAD" style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""> </span></p>

<p><span lang="ES-TRAD" style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"">IFM

is the company Engineering, Fabrication and Erection SAC -IFM , which is

responsible for implementing the MEAL PLANT ECOLOGICAL RESIDUAL a fishing REGAL

INVESTMENTS SA , Gift of Walter Quijano. The little plant as you can appreciate

is a BEAUTY , its capacity is 3.5 MT / hour and is equipped with systems of

high technology and he managed to condense the vapors remaining ( malodorous

vapors ) of the evaporating water plant from tail dryer , also the vapors of

the press will condense, prestrainer , process tanks , called vapor fugitives ,

Por ejemplo insinuo que la anchoveta duplico su biomasa luego de su cuota social, lo cual es una utopia y a pesar de que le insististe que otros anyos hubo biomasas similares y hubo cuotas mayores no se depredo la anchoveta. Asimismo, eso que no se encontraron prereclutas o reclutas puede ser debido a que NO SIEMPRE la red de arrastre que usa el Humboldt o el Olaya son tan eficientes para la captura de anchoveta y lo ideal es usar una embarcacion de cerco o boliche para complementar el estudio hidroacustico de dichos barcos.

�En cuanto a las preguntas relacionadas con la merluza pues tu pregunta iba dirigida al crucero de evaluacion de la merluza de mayo - junio y el respondio sobre la evaluacion hecha por 3 embarcaciones para ver el levantamiento de la veda por desove. GPS no participo en esa evaluacion y�quizas la pregunta debio ser "porque no se quiso brindar la informacion obtenida a las empresas interesadas?""quien dio la orden de no dar los datos? Porque esa falta de transparencia?�

En cuanto a la estimacion de la biomasa por GPS utilizando 7 barcos arrastreros, pues si seria bueno que haya una "discusion"sobre porque salen diferentes las biomasas estimadas por Imarpe y por GPS, que en parte se debe a la mejor eficiencia de pesca de los barcos comerciales, lo cual es logico y no tiene nada de extranyo que una embarcacion comercial pesque mas que una embarcacion cientifica.Lo que puede suceder es que la embarcacion cientifica viene utilizando en sus estimaciones de biomasa una eficiencia de pesca del 75% y deberia ser menor ya que su eficiencia no es tan alta y puede subestimar la biomasa estimada.

En cuanto a la recuperacion de la merluza pues es cierto que hay merluzas de hasta 14 anyos que ahora ya se estan viendo pero no en la cantidad observada cuando el recurso era casi virgen a inicios de los 70. Lo importante es que el mismo Imarpe ha concluido en su informe del crucero de evaluacion de la merluza de mayo-junio del 2013 (publicado despues de mas de 3 meses de finalizado el crucero) que despues de anyos ha aparecido la clase de edad de 4 anyos e incluso no lo dice pero tambien ha aparecido la clase de 5 anyos que lo muestra en sus graficos. Por eso es que los pescadores de la zona de el Nuro y Talara vienen extrayendo merluzas con tallas superiores de 40 cms y en lo que va del anyo han capturado mas de 6 mil toneladas, algo que no se veia desde hace mas de 15 anyos (esos volumenes con esas tallas). Es cierto que aun la merluza no se recupera del todo pero SI HAY UNA EVIDENTE RECUPERACION del recurso.

Por ultimo falta esclarecer porque si la merluza viene recuperandose y existe un regimen especial de explotacion de dicho recurso que viene dando buenos resultados , se ha sacado una RM que veda la pesca de dicho recurso al sur de los 4 Sur, lo cual va en contra del regimen provisional, el cual aun continua vigente.

<div style="BACKGROUND-COLOR:transparent;FONT-STYLE:normal;FONT-FAMILY:times new roman, new york, times, serif;COLOR:rgb(0,0,0);FONT-SIZE:16px;RIGHT:auto;"><span style="RIGHT:auto;">Por ejemplo insinuo que la anchoveta duplico su biomasa luego de su cuota social, lo cual es una utopia y a pesar de que le insististe que otros anyos hubo biomasas similares y hubo cuotas mayores no se depredo la anchoveta. Asimismo, eso que no se encontraron prereclutas o reclutas puede ser debido a que NO SIEMPRE la red de arrastre que usa el Humboldt o el Olaya son tan eficientes para la captura de anchoveta y lo ideal es usar una embarcacion de cerco o boliche para complementar el estudio hidroacustico de dichos barcos.</span></div>

<div style="BACKGROUND-COLOR:transparent;FONT-STYLE:normal;FONT-FAMILY:times new roman, new york, times, serif;COLOR:rgb(0,0,0);FONT-SIZE:16px;RIGHT:auto;"><span style="RIGHT:auto;"> En cuanto a las preguntas relacionadas con la merluza pues tu pregunta iba dirigida al crucero de evaluacion de la merluza de mayo - junio y el respondio sobre la evaluacion hecha por 3 embarcaciones para ver el levantamiento de la veda por desove. GPS no participo en esa evaluacion y quizas la pregunta debio ser "porque no se quiso brindar la informacion obtenida a las empresas interesadas?""quien dio la orden de no dar los datos? Porque esa falta de transparencia? </span></div>

<div style="RIGHT:auto;"><span style="RIGHT:auto;">En cuanto a la estimacion de la biomasa por GPS utilizando 7 barcos arrastreros, pues si seria bueno que haya una "discusion"sobre porque salen diferentes las biomasas estimadas por Imarpe y por GPS, que en parte se debe a la mejor eficiencia de pesca de los barcos comerciales, lo cual es logico y no tiene nada de extranyo que una embarcacion comercial pesque mas que una embarcacion cientifica.Lo que puede suceder es que la embarcacion cientifica viene utilizando en sus estimaciones de biomasa una eficiencia de pesca del 75% y deberia ser menor ya que su eficiencia no es tan alta y puede subestimar la biomasa estimada.</span></div>

<div style="BACKGROUND-COLOR:transparent;FONT-STYLE:normal;FONT-FAMILY:times new roman, new york, times, serif;COLOR:rgb(0,0,0);FONT-SIZE:16px;RIGHT:auto;"><span style="RIGHT:auto;">En cuanto a la recuperacion de la merluza pues es cierto que hay merluzas de hasta 14 anyos que ahora ya se estan viendo pero no en la cantidad observada cuando el recurso era casi virgen a inicios de los 70. Lo importante es que el mismo Imarpe ha concluido en su informe del crucero de evaluacion de la merluza de mayo-junio del 2013 (publicado despues de mas de 3 meses de finalizado el crucero) que despues de anyos ha aparecido la clase de edad de 4 anyos e incluso no lo dice pero tambien ha aparecido la clase de 5 anyos que lo muestra en sus graficos. Por eso es que los pescadores de la zona de el Nuro y Talara vienen extrayendo merluzas con tallas superiores de 40 cms y en lo que va del anyo han capturado mas de 6 mil toneladas, algo

 que no se veia desde hace mas de 15 anyos (esos volumenes con esas tallas). Es cierto que aun la merluza no se recupera del todo pero SI HAY UNA EVIDENTE RECUPERACION del recurso.</span></div>

<div style="BACKGROUND-COLOR:transparent;FONT-STYLE:normal;FONT-FAMILY:times new roman, new york, times, serif;COLOR:rgb(0,0,0);FONT-SIZE:16px;RIGHT:auto;"><span style="RIGHT:auto;">Por ultimo falta esclarecer porque si la merluza viene recuperandose y existe un regimen especial de explotacion de dicho recurso que viene dando buenos resultados , se ha sacado una RM que veda la pesca de dicho recurso al sur de los 4 Sur, lo cual va en contra del regimen provisional, el cual aun continua vigente.</span></div>
