asumido los señores de Aproferrol con su sobrevalorado, antitécnico y
monopólico proyecto que pretende sincronizar organismos estatales a su medida y
antojo, sin interesarle que en Chimbote se cierren plantas que generan más de 15
mil puestos de trabajo.<o:p></o:p></font></span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing"><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;"><font size="3">Debo indicar que PERUPESQUERO, no está en contra
del desarrollo de un pueblo pero que tampoco nos vendan gato por liebre, porque
ese proyecto no mitiga el pasivo ambiental tan solo arrojarán sus efluentes 10
kms mar afuera. Vender sus obligaciones ambientales como un proyecto de
responsabilidad social es una falacia y una falta de respeto a un pueblo cuyos
recursos son esquilmados en gran parte por los socios de la SNP.<o:p></o:p></font></span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing"><font size="3"><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;">Y son
socialmente responsables porque no aceptan una tarifa social para las empresas que
generan valor a la cadena de la Anchoveta. Al contrario Aproferrol en vez de
ganarse a sus grupos de ínteres (conserveros, congeladores y corte primario)
pretende asfixiarlos con inalcanzables membresías. No sé si por estrategia del
cuestionado oligopolio, tal vez pretenda matar dos pájaros de un solo tiro; al
cerrar las plantas de CHD a quien los señores de menor escala abastecen con
materia prima, de esta manera quebraría a dos importantes actores del sector
pesquero, si hablamos socialmente. Como observas mi estimado Francisco,
PERUPESQUERO no solo mira el árbol sino un bosque del cual tal vez la mala
gestión Rosell Berendson aleja a quienes desde el principio debieron ser sus

La contaminación de la bahÃa del Ferrol, no es producto únicamente de las fabricas de la SNP. De hecho estamos viendo que existen otras empresas que no forman parte de esta institución y que también han contaminado la bahÃa. Y ni que decir de los efluentes domésticos de Sedachimbote, creo que se llevan el mayor porcentaje del paquete. Y también las aguas de sentina de las embarcaciones, tanto de la flota de la SNP, como de todas las otras cientos de embarcaciones que no son de la SNP y los mercantes. Va uno.</p><p style="line-height:14.75pt;">Todas las plantas harineras y conservaras antes de verter al mar sus efluentes deben tratarlos FISICA y QUIMICAMENTE SUS SOLIDOS Y GRASAS para luego llevarlos por un oleoducto, cuya medida para Chimbote es de 10 kilómetros mar afuera, donde la fuerza de las corrientes diluirán los restos que puedan quedar tras los procesos. Va dos.</p><p style="line-height:14.75pt;">Pero resulta que los LIMITES MAXIMOS PERMISBLES, señores de la OFE y Produce, para las plantas conserveras hasta hoy no están establecidos. Va tres.</p><p style="line-height:14.75pt;">Ahora si es de interés para los chimbotanos, cuanto cueste el proyecto al inicio y cuanto se sobrevalore al final, teniendo en cuenta los trabajos realizados, porque aquà no se trata de vendernos gato por libre, o que se intente maquillar la situación, es cierto que existen plazos, pero tampoco se han cumplido con este cuestionado proyecto, el mismo que obligadamente debió entregarse el 31 de diciembre del 2013 y no en abril del 2014, cuya fecha es para los LIMITES MAXIMOS PERMISIBLES. Actualmente sea convertido en una SOCIEDAD ANÓNIMA, y cuesta mas de 30 millones de dolares, siendo lo mas grave que como APROFERROL no posee ningún permiso, por eso Produce le implanto varias observaciones. Ahora este Proyecto, su fecha de entrega fue el 31 de diciembre del 2013, osea su fecha limite ya CADUCO.
