Anónima… Siendo grave que toda la documentación y permisos están a nombre de Aprochimbote y no de este nuevo proyecto, remodelado, cambiado y sobrevalorado, es en este contexto que al pedir su cambio de titularidad, Produce ha emitido una serie de observaciones al proyecto. Para quienes no saben este Proyecto se inicio como una organización SIN FINES DE LUCRO, y costaba 8 millones de dolares. Actualmente sea convertido en una SOCIEDAD ANÓNIMA, y cuesta mas de 30 millones de dolares, siendo lo mas grave que como APROFERROL no posee ningún permiso, por eso Produce le implanto varias observaciones. Ahora este Proyecto, su fecha de entrega fue el 31 de diciembre del 2013, osea su fecha limite ya CADUCO.
