</div><div><span style="font-size:14px;"><br clear="none"></span></div><div><span style="font-size:14px;">No solo el sicariato esta imperando en Chimbote, pareciera que también el absurdo.</span></div><div><span style="font-size:14px;"><br clear="none"></span></div><div><span style="font-size:14px;">Veamos, del 100% de la contaminación que se vierte en la bahia de Chimbote desde hace muchos años, entre un 80 y 90% es responsabilidad directa de la comuna Chimbotana, a través de los vertidos sin tratamiento de SEDACHIMBOTE, que no ha hecho hasta ahora mucho por solucionar el problema que es mayormente su responsabilidad. Y ahora que un grupo privado con un gran esfuerzo de mas de US$16 millones, recaudado entre ellos, intenta solucionar sus problemas de vertidos que representan el menor porcentaje de la responsabilidad, la municipalidad toma una actitud sin el uso del criterio necesario para dar
solución a un problema real, apoyandose en formalidades. </span></div><div><span style="font-size:14px;"><br clear="none"></span></div><div><span style="font-size:14px;">La contaminación de la bahía de Chimbote es un problema que debe comenzar a solucionarse y las autoridades deben actuar con criterio dirigido a ese fin. Si la solución de las empresas privadas que se han asociado para ese propósito esta en camino, ¿Por que no contribuir antes que obstruir?. Si ni siquiera SEDACHIMBOTE el mayor responsable de la contaminación de la bahía, esta haciendo esfuerzos comparables.</span></div><div><span style="font-size:14px;"><br clear="none"></span></div><div><span style="font-size:14px;">El criterio dicta, solucionar el problema de los vertidos primero, y luego pasar a un segundo paso, que es proceder con la descontaminación de la bahía del Ferrol, y para esto hay soluciones, mas de una,
profesores de la Universidad Nacional del Santa, tienen incluso una de las propuestas mas interesantes para ese propósito.</span></div><div><span style="font-size:14px;"><br clear="none"></span></div><div><span style="font-size:14px;">Ante esta situaciones el buen criterio dicta también dialogo fluido entre todas las partes hasta lograr soluciones lógicas, no absurdas. Este tipo de soluciones basadas en formalidades son típicas de burócratas sin imaginación, ni capacidad de gestión.</span></div><div><span style="font-size:14px;"><br clear="none"></span></div><div><span style="font-size:14px;">Cordialmente.</span></div>
