font-weight: bold; ">URSULA NARANJO: DIRECTORA DE PRODUCE MOQUEGUA MANIFIESTA:</b></div><div style="line-height: 21px; "><b style="line-height: 21px; font-weight: bold; ">"De las 7 plantas de proceso de anchoveta que existente en Ilo, solo 3 operan y peor aun ni siquiera en la mitad de su capacidad normal, todo por el decreto 005 emitido por PRODUCE el año 2,012 , este caso de emergencia que ha sucedido podría darse de nuevo si es que el Ministerio de la Producción no emite una norma especial para la zona sur, si COPEINCA no hubiera recibido la carga de anchoveta de esas 2 embarcaciones y esta se hubiera arrojado al mar hubiéramos sido noticia mundial y nos hubieran visto como un país primitivo en buen castellano COPEINCA salvo de una vergüenza mundial al presidente Ollanta y Ministro Piero Ghezzi y alerto esto puede volver a ocurrir" Asimismo manifestó "El presidente de la Región Moquegua , el alcalde de Ilo, organizaciones de pescadores, sociales entre otros de Ilo, han enviado documentos al ministerio solicitando un Régimen Especial de Pesca para el sur y no entendemos cuando se dará el mismo o acaso esperan que suceda un crimen ecológico para hacerlo? se pregunto la Economista Ursula Naranjo. </b></div><div style="line-height: 21px; "><b style="line-height: 21px; font-weight: bold; ">El día viernes arribaron al puerto de Ilo, las </b> <b style="line-height: 21px; font-weight: bold; text-indent: 0px !important; ">embarcaciones Mateo y Don Fernando, con mas de 650 toneladas de anchoveta osea 650 mil kilos y no sabían donde descargar desde las 6 am de ese día, entonces viene la emergencia porque en ese instante la planta que podía recibir esa carga no tenia personal y sus bodegas estaban cargadas y tampoco se podía llevar a otras plantas porque se encuentran cerradas y sin personal porque al no permitirse pescar dentro de las 5 millas con el decreto 005 están no tenían porque seguir operando según sus dueños y era lógico.</b></div><div style="line-height: 21px; "><b style="line-height: 21px; font-weight: bold; text-indent: 0px !important; "><br style="line-height: 21px; "></b></div><div style="line-height: 21px; "><b style="line-height: 21px; font-weight: bold; text-indent: 0px !important; ">pasaban las horas y nadie solucionaba su problema , entonces la solución de los pescadores era votar al mar la anchoveta capturada para salvar sus embarcaciones, pero eso no se podía dar porque la multa por contaminación era fuerte de parte de PRODUCE, entonces fueron a la policía ecologica para dar cuenta del grave problema de contaminación que se podría dar pero no les solucionaban nada.</b></div><div style="line-height: 21px; "><b style="line-height: 21px; font-weight: bold; text-indent: 0px !important; "><br style="line-height: 21px; "></b></div><div style="line-height: 21px; "><b style="line-height: 21px; font-weight: bold; text-indent: 0px !important; ">AUTORIDADES SE REÚNEN HASTA MADRUGADA.</b></div><div style="line-height: 21px; "><b style="line-height: 21px; font-weight: bold; text-indent: 0px !important; ">Ante esta emergencia se reunieron en la Capitania a las 10 de la noche, el Capitán de Puerto Pedro Alarcon, la economista Ursula Naranjo Directora de PRODUCE de la región Moquegua, patrones de las embarcaciones así como el bahia y personal de COPEINCA a fin que la planta pueda desembarcar la anchoveta.</b></div><div style="line-height: 21px; "><b style="line-height: 21px; font-weight: bold; text-indent: 0px !important; "><br style="line-height: 21px; "></b></div><div style="line-height: 21px; "><b style="line-height: 21px; font-weight: bold; text-indent: 0px !important; ">Las horas pasaban y era imposible descargar en dicha planta porque esta se encontraba con personal reducido, que ya había estado laborando en doble turno inclusive, muy agotado poniendo en riesgo sus vidas si procedían con sus labores y peor aun no existía mas gente técnica para hacer maniobras era muy peligroso darle mas carga de trabajo, por otro lado la pesca en la bodega de las embarcaciones que con el transcurrir del tiempo se descomponía y empeoraba el asunto y votar al mar era otro problema para toda la bahía.</b></div><div style="line-height: 21px; "><b style="line-height: 21px; font-weight: bold; text-indent: 0px !important; "><br style="line-height: 21px; "></b></div><div style="line-height: 21px; "><b style="line-height: 21px; font-weight: bold; text-indent: 0px !important; ">Inclusive desde Lima hubo comunicación con el Ing Cesar Quispe asesor del Ministro de la PRODUCCION Piero Ghezzi a fin de que pudiera interceder y habilitar una planta que estaba sancionada para que pueda recibir esa carga, había preocupación y la predisposicion ante la emergencia pero, ya era mas de las 12 de la noche, casi imposible hacer eso con los empresarios privados y que se dejaba para las próximas horas. osea la preocupación era latente conforme pasaban las horas, llego pasada la 1 de la madrugada el representante del Ministerio Publico y se quedaba para solucionar el sábado a primera hora, pero todo era incierto.</b></div><div style="line-height: 21px; ">Con el pasar de los minutos y muy temprano del día sabado y con gente de emergencia la empresa COPEINCA recibe la carga de las 2 embarcaciones y viene el respiro para las autoridades y todos los involucrados en el tema.</b></div><div style="line-height: 21px;
